Its pretty clear from both the Raimi and Holland movies that Goblin > in character Spider-Man and gets his ass kicked by a bloodlusted Spider-Man

Actually I think Tobey is pulled into the MCU when he's much older so it kinda makes sense that he'd be portrayed as the strongest of the 3 spiders
