Superman's skin > Vibranium still. We are talking about his skin here, and whether the spear can cut it. Bcs it can cut vibranium doesn't mean it can cut something with higher tissue density. So I'm inclined to believe Namor can't harm him unless there are other materials more durable than vibranium with simiar durability to a kryptonian skin that can also be harmed by his spear.

People need to differentiate a skin tissue durability and the actual corporeal form that inhibits it. The question was to consider whether vibranium buster spear can cleaves through a kryptonian skin in which only kryptonite came close into harming it. So, no chance for the Sub-Mariner.
