Shang Tsung wins. I hate saying it because I really like Goro alot. If it was an H2H fight than Goro would win due to being to strong and to durable, but powerwise Shang Tsung would murder Goro for the fact Goro is one of Shang Tsungs right hand men I believe.

We never got to see He Who Walks Behind the Roses feats until Children Of The Corn 666 Issscs Return.............

He Who Walks Behind The Rows is a Human form. Hes like a version of the Antichrist.

With his Mind, he forced a female cop to shoot herself.

He was able to make his body go up a wall while he was killing Isaac. He Who Walks Behind The Rows got killed in an explosion.

However, Pennywise in so many ways has different abiliies, he mind warps, he can teleport, he can stay as a spiritual form. Pennywise IT made his face show in the moon and up high in he Sewers.

The Only weakness IT has is hes a Spider who works through illusions, if He Who Walks Behind The Rose has no idea that Pennywise is a Spider, then he has no way of killing him, plus the kids were gifted when they defeated Pennywise as the Spider. The rock that Bevy hit Pennywise with was the gift of good........

I would say in a good fight Pennywise has this.

Captain America wins.

Sandman sufficates Hulk with Sand.............the end.

Doctor Octopus wins easily. Killer Croc has no tech or strength to harm Doc.

Dock wins...... OVER KILL!!!

The Croc brings some Stingrays with him during his prep and you know what they say.

The Sting Rays stomp. R.I.P. Steve.

Did you not even read the OP? Obviously Not, This fight is Random Encounter and they're both unarmed.

NO..... Liquid Nitrogen did not kill it, the T-1000 came back to life after frozen and blown to pieces by it and regerated and remained shapeshifting abilities.

Getting ahold of Moltein Steel and Liquid Nitrogen both is almost as hard as getting ahold of Kryptonite, Once the Lizard finds out, he has no way to destroy it. Whos to say anyways that the Lizard could survive Liquid Nitrogen ( like the T-1000 did ) or Moltein Steel? I would doubt if he could survive either. He can smash the T-1000 all he wants, but that will have no effect, have you at all seen a TERMINATOR movie? EVER, TERMINATOR had his entire body blown to tiny pieces to where their was no more body, regenerated, healed up, good like nothing happened.

This is why I think the T-1000 would win.

I doubt if the Lizard was any faster than the T-1000.... Being Stronger will have no effect, the scene where the T-800 punched through his head is proof that he can't be damaged. What other methods is Lizard gonna use to try to kill it? Since they're fighting in a city, their is no Moltein Steel/Extreme heat to throw it in. Nor can he get ahold of it since he doesnt get prep.

The T-1000 has been burned, frozen, shot, had his shoulders split in half, head blown apart, body blown to tiny pieces and regenerate and remained shapeshifting abilities like nothing ever happen to him.

Couldnt the T-1000 shove his big Finger right inside of Lizards eyeball and blow his brains out? I don't see why not.

I would go with the T-1000 in a good fight.
