Yes it is and Slade has been shown to be very prepared at times even carying grenades in his stomach!

I can agree with this but it won't matter since your team still won't be able to find them before the 24 hours are up

How? Well, I assumed by "disguise" you meant that the VIP would be disguised as some random person. But it can be an inanimate object? Sure, okay. And Batwing controls the illusions, yes? Understood. And he is just flying around...? Okay, simple. At the start of the match, he shall be our first target, then. The map is 10^2 miles, yes? Right. All we have to do is get Batwing out of the sky. How do we do that? Very simple. Let's look at Gambit, the team-member who I have been severely underestimating. First, his charging power. He can charge objects proportional to their mass. A playing card, which has a mass of around 1g, explodes with the force of a grenade. Let's say that Reed grabs that tanker (we've seen him hold up a 150 billion tonne mountain for a couple of seconds, so we know he can move it). He grabs it and drags it to base, where Gambit charges it. If 1g = 1 grenade, then 22,0000 tonnes (of ship) = 22,0000 grenades, which is equal to around 154,000,000 kJ of energy. That's around 36 tonnes of TNT. Mr. Fantastic uses elasticity to launch in the air and detonates it in the sky. No one on the ground will be harmed, but Batwing, unless he is literally on the corner of the map, will be at least temporarily knocked out of the sky by the shockwave. Cap will be watching with the .50 cal to take him out. From then on, with your team/VIP obvious, it's a cakewalk. Cap can dodge unknown sniper fire, half the time when he dodges bullets he's not looking. Rose won't be in disguise, as we've seen, and if you say she is that big of a threat, Jack can ribbon her. Fear toxin? Read again. Cap is immune, and Jess is stated to be highly resistant to any toxin/gas. Not entirely immune, but very resistant.
A few problems with this. You still lack knowledge of my team. You don't know any of there abilities of weaknesses while my team has at least knows what your team is capable as well as having prep so we could easily remove things or at least the explosive things Gambit can use and don't you think a giant oil tank coming into the air would be obvious and easy for Batwing to land on a near by building of just hit the ground and wouldn't this give away your team allowing my team to go in in disguised with Roses power dampening abilities and now your team is open for an attack and without their powers they won't be able to retreat so quickly and are now open to take shots from Deathstroke or have Batbots fly down with gas. Another problem with this is like I said your team will be obvious and since Deathstroke will be at a vantage point as well asBatwing so they should be able to spot your team and now they go in a blow it up most likely killing your team who could also be power dampened and as soon as Gambit powers the oil tank Rose depowers both your team and Mr. Fantastic without his powers couldn't stretch out the blast area and Gambit also doesn't survive of ends up gravely injured. Continuing with Rose I said all my team as in all of them will be disguised or cloaked and in this case Rose is will be disguised and because of this your team can't find her as they won't be able to tell where or when there powers are being dampened or that it's even happening before it's to late and like I said she's in disguise so they won't even know who to use the power dampener on as well as preventing Jack from coming in and doing anything! And one last question... How will Cap take shots at Batwing who is invisible and how would your team know anything about minds or that Batwing even fly's or that Rose can power dampen?
Still, even without definite knowledge of Batwing, it would be reasonable to assume that there is some kind of invisibility generator. We have prep too, and you trying to remove any battlefield items (especially one as large as a tanker) would be extremely obvious. The minute Slade starts shooting, anyone on my team could go after him. And who says my team has to be obvious? They could also use civilian disguises, or simply stealth their way through. Not necessarily run around in everyone's face. If your guys spot mine and attack, they become obvious and get taken out. And how will Rose know when the tanker is being powered? We can do it at any point during the 24 hour time period. And if she tries to get close, we can use a perimeter guard to ensure she doesn't. You mention quite often how Rose depowers my entire team. But does she have feats of completely depowering someone? At an extreme range? With multiple other foes attacking? Also, the second anyone on my team feels a power seep, they could leave the area/try and discover Rose. Cap can dodge bullets after they've been fired, even if he can't see the shooter. My team won't know about mind powers, okay. A guy with "wing" in his name flying is kinda obvious. They'd find out Rose can power dampen from experience.
Once again you don't know what my team is capable of so how would Fantastic know to grab everything and as soon as Batwing see's this he'll just change the VIP who could still be disguised. And like I said Rose is disguised and they don't know what she's capable of so they won't know to use the Nightstick if they can even find her. Also how do you deal with all the angry people who will be furious about a stretchy man stealing their stuff?
The minute Reed, or Cap, or anyone notices the lack of VIP, they could reasonably deduce something along the lines of shapeshifting/cloaking/illusions, and use my plans. Rose would have to break disguise to fight, they could use the Nightstick then. How will I deal with them? Ignore them. What could they do?
My team won't be tricked so easily especially with the always follow order plan I brought up and what type of trouble could she cause and my team still has the vantage points of the sky and Deathstroke is already on the tallest building in the area and I don't need to worry about reaching it since my team is already there.
Not a question of tricking - the hypnotic charm works on anyone regardless. The minute Gambit spots one of yours, he can mind-manipulate him to his side.

This feat doesn't apply because like I said there completely different characters. Why does it matter there different characters? Because you showed him taking dozens of blunt force it's from characters with incredible strength which is good but it doesn't matter when a character use completely different tactics, skills, and abilities. Batman survived an explosion so does this mean he can be killed by a sword or bullet? NO! Who said my team has to physically put down Cap? A sword hit could kill him, a bullet could kill him, and a concussion hit could knockout. All of these are ways of one shotting him without the real use of blunt force even if he could avoid them. Also how does Cap one-shot Batwing unless he uses his shield?
So what they are different characters? Doesn't mean that somehow, magically, those feats are inadmissible. A sword? A bullet? He is beyond bullet-timing, neither of those things would pose a threat to him. And as I said before, he has taken shots from 100+ tonners, so a concussion wouldn't faze him. Assuming he can reach Batwing, he can aim for the head and take him out.
No, he didn't beat them - not in a fight, that is. He outsmarted them, with prep and planning, as well as circumstance. Show me a scan of Slade taking on a 100+ tonner in a brawl and then we'll talk. As it stands, Cap can take down almost all of your team solo.
Any of my team could give Cap problems and your kind of over blowing his feats. Just cause he took hits from 100 tonners doesn't mean that they were one hundred ton hits but since you ask about Deathstroke taking 100 ton hits here you go...
1. Nightwing wouldn't. Not physically powerful enough.
2. Rose couldn't, same reason
3. Batwing couldn't without tech
4. Maybe Slade could.
Very nice, but has that feat been repeated? And that's mostly thanks to his armor, I doubt he'd survive that in normal combat gear. And you're right, those weren't a hundred tonne hits Cap took - they were probably higher, as bench press strength < punching strength.
1. My team is in disguise or cloaked and you have no real answer for this
2. My team can avoid and pick off your team slowly through Roses power dampening and stealth
3. We can find your team much easier due to vantage points
4. Your team knows nothing about my team while my team as at least basic knowledge of yours
5. You have no real counter to my teams illusions and my teams traps which they could use during there prep
6. Batwing can cast illusions on the VIP and hide him anywhere he wants while staying in the air invisible and in the sky to avoid your team
7. My team waits the 24 hours while picking off must your team and we win.
- My team can work through your disguise
- Rose can't damage the Thing, Jack is too fast, Gambit too far away, and so is Mr. Fantastic. Cap and Ult. Jess could take her. And power-dampening would alert them to the presence of Rose.
- My team has vantage points too (e.g. the island)
- Your team is fairly basic in terms of powers, and apart from power-dampening they are relatively on the same level
- You have no real counter for my prep tactics, also, my team can eventually find out who's cloaked as I've detailed
- He gets taken out, as I've mentioned
- After a hard fight, my team finds your guys and the VIP, and take him down.
