it might be a good fight.... speed is comparable, skills are comparable... Flash should be a fair bit more powerful though but Teresa has defensive hax via precog & regen

could go either way honestly...

but if i had to choose, i'd say Flash 6/4 based on the strength that his world is crazier so it's a good chance he's fought against people like Teresa, where as she's never seen anyone as powerful as Flash

This is Naruto vs a couple of island level characters & some multi-city block to city level characters... The Same Naruto, who in this same form... took on 5 Island level characters At once & overpowered their combined bijuu bomb by himself.

So yeah, their best attack won't phase Naruto, at all.

where as, not a single person on team OPM has any feats to prove they can survive this... so Naruto One Shots...
