@aros001: They're just bitter that wolverine is still dead, which I got to give props to marvel for sticking with keeping him dead I really like what they're doing with with Laura Kinney with all new wolverine though I've been a longtime X-23 fan for years and to see her journey and becoming the new wolverine it's a very interesting character study and development for the character.

Lots of people dismiss it as regression but I view it as a natural progression and development for the character.

And it's great knowing that her series is still for the most part getting really great reviews and I'd assume selling decent enough it's been a really consistently strong title.

@doc-holiday: honestly there's nothing wrong with sharing mantles and having more than one of the same character sharing the same mantle and abilities I'd prefer it that way.

@mark_stephen: well Janet will still be the original wasp she'll be a mainstay of the uncanny avengers but we have a new wasp as well its kind of like the two spider men Peter and miles they're sharing the mantle instead of outright replacing them same with Sam Wilson and Steve Rogers two captain americas and Clint Barton and Kate bishop two Hawkeyes.

Wolverine is kind of a similar story with old man Logan and X-23/Laura Kinney all new wolverine even before she became the new wolverine in her father's absence it was a given she was destined to be like wolverine and Laura I think is justified to she's become developed and established enough to become wolverine since unlike many she has been around for over a decade before they made the change I think we all know it won't last her being wolverine still I hope the original wolverine stays dead for another year it's too soon to bring him back and her series is just barely on its 12th issue.

Even the older original cyclops won't stay dead forever.

@thelurker: it's unknown honest ultimate Kate bishop and ultimate Jessica drew are MIA which is sad because as we know the ultimate universe merged with marvel prime earth formerly known as 616 the main marvel universe and we aren't sure what happened to them which is sad because they were kind of important to the whole miles morales supporting cast Lana/bombshell made it though.

@sprior93: well Carol has a history with the X-men so that could be the reasons why.

Basically this entire event is written to make Superheros fight their teammates and friends basically like most previous events it's drama for the sake of drama hero vs hero for the sake of hero vs hero.

And to make Tony the good guy and to make Carol basically Tony from the first civil war.....

It's not the first time though for Carol unfortunately at many times during the first civil war when she sided with Tony and on various occasions in time runs out which was the lead up to secret wars she'd be written as an authoritarian yet when said major event and overarching story arc was over she'd be written in a more sympathetic way angle and be written in the way a female superhero should be written.

It's something that happens to many characters every now and then.

Honestly though My hope is regardless of how villainous Carol is written in civil war ii I really hope this doesn't deter any fans of captain marvel especially Carol Danvers from continuing to support her and her series and won't diminish their love for Carol Danvers as a character.

I really like how in her solo series with the civil war ii tie ins that they're portraying and writing her in a very sympathetic tortured soul angle that's something sadly bendis won't bother to explore in the core civil war ii series which is sad because in the core civil war ii story it's really not a fair portrayal of the character.

The ultimates and a-force also has done a great job in portraying Carol in a very sympathetic and human angle.

I'm glad she-hulk isn't dead though but I hope they explain the markings on her arms.....

@br_havoc: I don't know I felt original sin was one of the more stronger events marvel has done it was defiantly better than axis which was a mess.... I never understood why rick remember couldn't make axis work considering his amazing work with uncanny X-force and uncanny avengers at least he made up for the mess that was axis with rage of ultron.
