Accolades
Ulic Qel-Droma was a great Jedi warrior and Master of those days, pure of heart and purpose, without corruption of any kind. Some said he was arrogant, but those who knew him best said he merely possessed unbounded confidence, being very strong in the Ways of the Force.

Ulic produces afterimages and a trail of light with his lightsaber.

Agility
Despite being a practitioner of the fifth form of lightsaber combat, Djem So, which is said to lack mobility, Ulic has no shortage of agility at his disposal.
Displays impressive acrobatics while fighting a training droid.
When facing Mandalore, Ulic was forced to fight on a series of chains leaving a large drop below, opposed to flat ground. After blocking gunfire from Mandalore's war droid, Ulic leaps over the remaining gunfire, slashes through the war droid, and then lands on another chain comfortably. Later, after being struck off the chain, Ulic manages to land on a nearby war droid.
Strength
Ulic causes Qrrrl Toq, Cay Qel-Droma and another great difficulty in pulling him down with their combined strength; this is especially impressive as Qrrrl Toq has shown strength sufficient to pin five men to a wall behind a metal door with just one arm.
Ulic nonchalantly lifts and throws an armored Mandalorian with one arm.
Ulic breaks out of metal restraints by flexing.
Ulic is said to of matched Exar Kun's "strength" when they dueled.

Ulic resists torture from the Krath's torture droid for hours, despite their efforts to force him into revealing his mission as a spy.
Satal, jealous and suspicious of Ulic, tortured the Jedi, seeking to make him confess to being a spy. Even under the influence of Sith poison, Ulic denied the charges, though his mind was clouded by the foul substance.

Feats
Ulic and Cay Qel-Droma lead a group of seven Jedi against one hundred dark side imbued warriors. Ulic did this in a weakened state, and while still considered a novice among Jedi.
Ulic rapidly defeats Warb Null, a master duelist whose martial abilities are enhanced by his Sith Alchemy-forged battle armor. Ulic did this in a weakened state, and while still considered a novice among Jedi.
Warb Null-The leader of the dissident Naddist, Null combined martial prowess with his mastery of the dark-side of the Force. He was eventually killed by UIic Qel-Droma.

Ulic defeats Mandalore the Indomitable in single combat, despite Mandalore choosing the battle ground, using a Basilisk War Droid, and having Ulic use a Mandalorian weapon instead of his lightsaber.

Ulic was then confronted by another fallen Jedi, Exar Kun. As they engaged in a lightsaber battle, the Sith Amulets both Jedi wore began to glow, and they were visited by spirits of the Ancient Sith Lords who told them that Kun was the new Dark Lord of the Sith and Qel-Droma his first assistant. Years later, Ulic reappeared with tremendous dark side powers and set out to plunder and destroy large parts of the galaxy with a large and bloodthirsty army serving alongside Exar Kun.

Sith Talisman
Ulic was given a powerful Sith Talisman, the counterpart of Exar Kun's own. It's stated by both Ulic and Aleema Keto that this Talisman would make Ulic more powerful than Aleema. Aleema has reduced a man to a skeleton with a magic blast after just months of training. With his own amulet, Exar Kun has unleashed blasts capable of destroying portions of the Massassi Temple, the Sith Wyrm, and even Freedon Nadd's spirit.
To warn Nomi Sunrider and a group of other Jedi to back away from him, Ulic blasts her with Force Lightning. Cay states that the amulet is "deadly", indicating that he would have killed them by unleashing it's full power.
He lashed out, striking Nomi with a bolt of dark-side lightning.

Exar Kun and Ulic Qel-Droma are stated to have more power in their Talisman's than what Aleema can achieve through her Sith Magic.
Ulic would later build his Talisman into a gauntlet, akin to Exar Kun's, indicating he has honed his skill in it's use combatively.

As a novice, Ulic mind tricks two beast riders into disarming themselves, providing information and leading him to their leader.

Ulic utilises Mind Control on a Republic soldier, breaking his will, and threatens to do so to the rest of them.

Ulic anticipates and deflects laser/energy fire from a training droid through the force without the need for sight.

Ulic shields himself against Ommin's concentrated Dark Side energy, cutting him from his metal exoskeleton.

Force Drain Resistance
Ulic is capable of resisting the effects of the Dark Reaper, having successfully taught the technique to Anakin Skywalker who would resist the superweapon.
Anakin made an emergency trip to Ulic Qel-Droma's tomb on Rhen Var. There, the ancient Jedi gave the Padawan the knowledge he needed to resist the effects of the Force Harvester and to destroy the Dark Reaper.
Ulic Qel-Droma's lessons had been learned well, and Anakin had the power to resist the Harvester.

The Dark Reaper is capable of draining the Force energy, or life energies, of any living being, regardless of whether or not they are trained Force sensitives, in numbers reaching the thousands at a time.
Exar Kun had also constructed a Sith superweapon, the Dark Reaper, that was capable of drawing in the life-energies of thousands of combatants.

The heart of the Dark Reaper was the Force Harvester, a large mechanical sphere that stripped the Force from all living things and stored their life energies until needed by the Dark Reaper.
The harvester was designed to drain the energy of the Force from any living beings, regardless of wether they were Force-sensitive or not.

Upon dying, Ulic transcends the physical plane as a Force Spirit, becoming One with the Force while still retaining his own identity.
