"Rey does not speak French"

If that's the case it would be the first language she doesn't speak.

Rey. The answer to any Battles forum matchup is always Rey.

"Batman isn't sneaking up on him."

Han sneaked up on him. Ren was walking away across the bridge and Han walked after him finally calling his name to get his attention. He had no idea his own father was 50 feet behind him. So obviously his omniscience has limits.

Han wasn't trying to hurt him, he was just trying to escape and then changed his mind to talk to him. If he were to attempt to hurt Kylo, like Poe did, he would have been sensed and frozen. Like Poe was.

Batman IS attempting to hurt Ren. The second he gets close or throws any sort of weapon, Ren is going to sense it, like he did Poe and his blaster, and freeze him. In short:

"Batman isn't sneaking up on him."

But earlier in the film he sensed his father's presence no problem. And in the beginning of TFA he sensed the conflict within Finn during the village raid. See, this is what I mean with the power inconsistencies. And it's nothing to do with Ren, who I think is a pretty cool character. It's the script's fault, not his.

Kylo Ren was super inconsistent. He showed crazy strong force powers a the beginning of the movie. But later struggles with one ex-storm trooper without any training and than loses to a young woman loses without any training.

If Kylo can use some kind of force pull freeze he has a chance otherwise Blade wins

why do people forget that he got shot with a bow caster that shoots lasers like they are canon balls,he probably had to focus most of his concentration on keeping his insides on the inside, and he still had to get over the fact that he killed his own father which was a huge pain in the back.

as for the fight I'd give it to kylo,if he could survive a blaster shot that sent a stormtrooper flying for who knows how many meters then I think a normal blade is the least of his worries.

see what I did there?

I don't think people forget, they just discount it as a powerful argument as to why he loses to two Force noobs. He begins that confrontation by tossing Rey about 30 feet into a tree knocking her out. We'll leave aside whether he could pull that off if he was as gravely wounded as some folks posit, but did he just forget after using that against Rey that he had that ability? Why didn't he just use the Force to pick up a hefty limb while Rey was leveling up and hit her in the back with it knocking her out? Why didn't he Force push her away again after she begins tanking him? Why didn't he Force choke Finn to distract her so he could escape. No, he gets saved by Deus ex Starkiller. That he did none of those things means, at best, he's a tactical moron.

At any rate, he killed two people in TFA. One was an unarmed 80 year old man and the other was an unarmed 70 year old man. THIS IS NOT IMPRESSIVE.

I'm pretty sure that if a blaster bolt can send an armored stormtrooper flying then it can pack enough of a punch to heavily wound him or maybe be enough to kill him but either way he still was focusing most of his concentration on keeping his wound sealed or trying to numb down the pain so he could at least defend himself and like I said,he was suffering from the fact that he just killed his own father which again is a real pain and that alone should be enough to throw him. What? did you expect him to shrug off his own father's death like it was nothing and keep on fighting plus,he was probably already tired from his very first fight with finn and into much confusion that he pretty much had no idea what he was doing at that point in time.

If he was desperate to numb the pain one wonders why he was punching it. Doctors generally use morphine or lidocaine to deaden a wound. They don't start pinching and slapping it. A persuasive argument could be made that it wasn't particularly serious and thus he was punching it to increase the pain and fuel his rage. But again, even if it was as serious as you argue he still threw a 110 lb girl into the air, slamming her into a tree as if she was a rag doll. If he was able to do that he should have been able to do the things I mentioned in my previous post. As for being so emotionally distraught that he didn't think of it, he looks coherent enough when he's trying to convince Rey to join the Dark Side.

Except for the initial hit when he dropped to one knee and the bleeding he did when he punched the wound I just never saw him exhibit any outward signs that his injury or the killing of his dad bothered him that much.

R2 in the Hulkbuster armor is immune to any Force offensive or defensive manoeuvres. R2 stomps them all. Creative thread BTW.
