At the time of reading this I didn't understand the gravity of Magik's return, but I loved this volume because it put the spotlight on the other X-men students like Pixie, Anole, etc.

This whole series is great, Peter David is just great. I especially loved the first 24 issues.

I only read the Uncanny X-men And X-Factor part of this story arc, but it was still great with a fantastic ending, and I was surprisingly sad to read Madelyne get defeated.

Seeing wolverine act like a little girl will always be funny, and a great Emma Frost story, this made me love her even more.

The introduction of Danger, and I loved it, I love Joss Whedons whole arc on Astonishing X-men but this one was my favorite out of the four volumes.

It all lead to this, Kitty's outcome was heartbreaking, after she gave that beautiful speech to Colossus, and seeing Emma actually cry for her, it was all a great end to Joss's run.

I didn't know this existed until after I read second coming and Messiah complex so it was nice to see what happened in between the two arcs.

When I first read this it was great, it all lead to this, but then years later looking back it was just another story with empty promises because Hope turned out to be not that special.

I loved how some of the X-men were redesigned, they looked badass. Also a great read too.

This whole volume of X-force was great, better than uncanny x-force I'd say, but I'm Including this one in particular because I loved seeing one of my favorite X-women (boom boom) even if she was just being used as bait. Also X-23 going feral was beautiful.
