1. This thread isn't about the reception of the movies.

2. The Source Material is the reason you have the movies.

3. Marvel and DC were both successful for years without any shred of possibility of movies making them more mainstream.

4. You took a harmless joke Bruce Timm made (arguably somebody whos been in the business since you were in diapers) and used it to derail the thread.
