The simple act of Batman's presence will cause Spider-Man's spider sense to go into maximum overdrive for the entirety of the fight meaning he will loose all concentration. Batman then lobs a flash/bang grenade at Parker's face meaning he looses his sight and hearing. Now that he is severely handicapped Batman beats the webbing off him and ends it by tying him to a pole with a note saying : "From your Unfriendly Not-To-Be-Fuc*ed-With Batman" 

Now that I've drained the fanboyism out I can give a serious answer. Spider-Man is faster, stronger, more durable, more agile, has his web-shooters, and a danger sense that makes him near impossible to tag unless you have some type ability that affects his balance or mind, so if Batman comes into the fight knowing this, he could have a gadget that affects Peter's inner ear or use the technology he got off of Tiger Moth(this one villain him and Stephanie fought when she was still robin, her suit sent out a signal that made her appear to be a couple feet to the left/right of where she really was) and he could win but at the same time Peter has been shown to overcome the limitations of his senses and just instinctively follow his spider-sense. So unless Batman can find a way to nullify Peter's spider-sense I don't know if he will win.(unless of course he can ram Parker with his car or plane which is a maybe)

with all the voices in Deadpool's head at least one has to be a checkers genius and if worst comes to worst deadpool shoots him and leaves, thus winning by default

Rogue absorbs everyones abilities at the same time then uses Multiple Man's powers to make dozens of herself(all empowered) them proceeds to rip Superman apart. 

i think without it he would have died long ago, also if i remember right it is his spider-sense that allows him to web-swing well and is what lets him no if someone is around or if there are any cameras around when he switches into his costume.
