Wonder Woman.

If she decides to take off her bracelets its a one second stomp. Even with them on she takes this. She's faster, a more skilled combatant and the God of War.

Thor is soft, he's become dependent on Mjolnir and without it he's barely got anything going on. He' s slow and I've never seen him show any h2h skill

Arthur and Mera.

80% of the fights will go with Arthur and Mera splitting up and taking the enemy of the same gender. Everyone seems to be underestimating Mera's ability to manipulate water. Even if Sue goes invisible Mera could EASILY control her with the 65% of water content in her body. Not only that but Mera's morals aren't as strict as Sue's, she'd do it without hesitation. That means flooding Sue's brain, causing any internal organ to explode or outright draining her entire body dry in a matter of seconds.

Now Aquaman vs. Namor is a closer fight but Namor's feats have decreased recently, he was even defeated by T'Challa in the current New Avengers run. I don't see Namor's flight coming into play at all since Arthur wouldn't be so easily removed from the battlefield, especially considering that Mera would have his back like no tomorrow once she has dealt with Sue.

In terms of speed and strength both males seem equals, Arthur's biggest advantage will be, as I mentioned earlier, having Mera by his side very soon after the fight has started. Reason being, if Namor's biological aspects are Atlantean then he's just as susceptible to Mera's abilities as the Atlanteans in the Aquaman comic, and Mera had killed 3 of them by controlling water she was able to access through a crack in a wall (Aquaman #25) let alone having access to a river or small pond.

Arthur's trident is just icing on top.

Wow seems like a copy of COIE....

I say let it burn. The Marvel U has become a very confusing universe, so much time travel and inter-dimensional travel its hard to keep track of what's going on.

We'll see what the All-New 152 NOW! Has to offer. With more #1s!!!

@lun49gameon

Batman/Superman has been hit or miss but the newest arc has some promise, still recommend Pak's Action Comics over it.

Superman Unchained, pick up the hardcover. Good story but not the best one out there.

Batman and Robin has been solid all around.

Earth 2 has dropped significantly in quality after Tom Taylor left it. Might be ending come summertime.

Batwoman has also gotten worse recently.

Wonder Woman will only get worse unless the Finch team suddenly does something interesting.

Detective Comics has gotten better with Buccellato/Manapul, recommended.

Wow.... This was on my pull list as soon as it was announced and I'm very glad I put it on there. Seriously looking forward to this title.

Reading these Iron Man feats and comparing them to what I've read of him it seems like sometimes he's overly powerful and sometimes him and his armor are downright pathetic. All in all I'm giving this a "Too close to call" just because it seems Iron man's feats are inconsistent and change with the necessity of the storylines and my bias towards Aquaman isn't really fair.

@69ball-z-deep: Not true. DC sold issues of Batman for $5 and I think one was even $6. The reason they're staying at the $3.99 price point is because Scott Snyder himself wants it to be $3.99 and not higher despite the extra pages. I'm sure DC could charge $3.99 for all their titles if they wanted to.

Of course they're a company and they care about money but what Marvel is doing is downright theft. Once again, just because comic stores ordered so many copies of Amazing Spider-Man doesn't mean they all sold, and I guarantee a lot of stores learned their lesson this year. Making #1s and poorly rated events isn't stomping either...

I guess constant #1s and events as well as killing off a main character is a good way to make money. Too bad the events are terrible and the #1s will have little to no value one day (which I'm sure is the reason people are buying them). Another question worth asking is... How many of those #1s are still sitting at the comic shops? Here's a hint: A LOT.

In my opinion DC took the year, their titles have become vastly superior to that of Marvel's and their writers/artists are putting in much more effort crafting interesting stories that don't require gimmicks.

Not only that, EVERY Marvel comic is $3.99 whereas the majority of DC books are $2.99, add that up over 12 months and you've got a lot of money DC is losing.

Sad thing is, everyone is cheering for Marvel winning when its DC in fact that is winning for those reading their books. Better stories, better artwork (I guess that's opinionated) and a dollar less per book? All I've got to say is Marvel titles have been dropping off my pull list on a weekly basis, being replaced by DC ones.
