@kilowog52: Actually, that's something I'm VERY aware of when I'm writing this book. I actually go out of my way to cram as much into each chapter as I can. Truthfully, my pages are quite dense (lots of 8, 9, and 10 panel pages) so that when it's released digitally... every digital screen has at least 3 panels on it (unless it's a splash :) The end result actually reads (in my opinion) like a twenty page story. Which means, the print version is even MORE dense :P

Thanks for all the kind words on the first issue, guys! Super, super proud of this book and my collaborators! I can't wait for you guys to see where we're heading.

Tom is doing issues 13-14, then I'm back with issue 15. 15-16 is the Joker, 17-18 are the aftermath, and 19 is a big new direction :)

Higgins is a solid writer. Ever since he took on writing duties for Nightwing I kept telling others to give him a chance. Month in and month out his work has been consistently good. Very good. Don't get me wrong, it's not all moonlight and roses, there are hiccups along the way. By no means is it perfect--granted this is the new 52 and the big boys upstairs don't seem to know what the hell's going on with the Bat timelines or current continuity. Frankly it's just a blessing to have Mr. Higgins(someone who actually cares about Dick Grayson) on the title. I don't mind getting behind his efforts and supporting sales when it's clear the man has truly found his calling. I feel as if he as on the cusp of greatness and learning a ton from working alongside the likes of Snyder especially, Gail Simone, Scott Lobdell, Pete Tomasi. All he needs to do is keep aiming for the fences and wait for that homerun to come, he has what it takes to produce a Grand Slam one day. Give him time. Someone asked my opinion on Dick's role in Death of The Family. Bump all that noise. What I'd REALLY love to know is what's next for Nightwing. I'm keeping my eyes peeled whatever extraordinary project Kyle has in store for us all. The best is yet to come.
