I must admit. I wanted to punch Zoe in the face after the first three pages. A look into the life of a teenage, Muslim, Turkish girl proves to be incredibly relatable as she bemoans her own heritage and simply wants to fit in, something your average high schooler desires - or at least would rather not embarrassingly stand out. We get to see the full family dynamic set the tone for the rest of the issue as Kamala struggles to fit in with her peers and her own family. It almost feels like watching...
