Well, this is consistent with the Flash, in which Kara's body becomes malnourished and anorexic like after being detained in an underground prison deprived of sunlight for decades, but she heals instantly the moment she is exposed to sunlight

The OP fails to mention the part where Kara ragdolls Zod and gets killed while off gaurd

Kara was ragdolling Zod. The only reason she died was because she got caught off guard, and her death was "fated" to happen.

I am pretty sure his mask had been damaged. Even if it wasn't, it is an Anti feat

He literally cant's hurt her. What is the point in having reflexes if you cannot inflict any damage on your opponent

@shafamalam: Speed buff? What are buff are you referring to? I just watched the film and I he seemed as though he was on the same level as in MOS feat-wise. I do not recall him doING anything new.
