Name: Arsenal (Roy Harper)

Origin: Roy spent most of his teenage years going through the foster care system and alter living on the streets due to the untimely death of his father at a young age. Roy took up archery to try and find focus in his life, during an archery contest he came 2nd losing to billionaire Oliver Queen.
Queen impressed with Roy's archery ability and dedication to archery offered him a very basic role within Queen industries, Roy excelled in any role Oliver gave him and the two quickly became friends.
It was sometime after that Roy put 2 and 2 together and figured out that Oliver Queen was indeed Green Arrow, taking up the name Arsenal he joined Green Arrow on patrols.
During his time with Green Arrow was when Roy met other young heroes, having a similar background he quickly bonded with Jason Todd who at the time was known as Robin.
Forming a friendship that would last a lifetime, even when Roy lost everyone else in his life when he went through a bad patch and became a drug addict Jason never left his side which made Roy eternally loyal to Jason.
During his drug addiction Roy took on some thugs in Gotahm which normally wouldn't have caused him any problems but while on drugs Roy's body was severely weakened and he was beaten almost to death until an unlikely saviour stepped in and dispatched the thugs in record time. His saviour was none other than Waylon Jones, a man who has been named Killer Croc by the papers.
Waylon Jones kept Roy in the sewers for 3 months, keeping him hostage to Roy's confusion. It was later revealed that Waylon did this so Roy could finally kick his drug problem he has suffered with for all these years. Roy free of the drugs was very grateful for what Waylon did for him and stood with him when the Swat team hit the sewers with orders to shoot the kill.
It was after this encounter that Roy found himself fighting alongside Killer Croc as Batman approached. It was then that Jason noticed the commotion on the news and put on his new costume that induced real fear in the criminal underworld as Red Hood.
Upon arrival Red Hood wasted no time and shot Batman in the leg wounded him. Roy jumped on the back of the bike and Killer Croc got in the side car and thus The Outlaws were born.
Name: Black Ant (Scott Lang)

Origin: Scott Lang was in electronics and it was a job he love but unfortunately Lang's daughter was diagnosed with cancer and Lang needed a cure and quick. Seeing the adverts on the TV about these pills that could completely cure any disease and realizing he would never be able to afford them, he devised a plan to get them.
Using his electronic skills he turned off the power in the house of the famous hero Hank Pym and stole one of his Ant-Man suits. Took it out on a few practice runs and decided that he was going to steal one of these pills to save his daughters life. Willing to risk it all for his little girl. Lang came into conflict with the local authorities and was arrested with the suit being confiscated.
During his transfer to prison the squad car was ambushed and he was rescued. Looking up at The Outlaws he was given a choice. Accept their help in obtaining this cure for his daughter and join the ranks of The Outlaws or try again on your own. Seeing his only real choice was to accept the teams help Lang said yes without a second thought.
Name: Killer Croc (Waylon Jones)

Origin: One of the few mutants where his powers were prominent straight form birth. His own mother couldn't look at him when he was born and he was raised by his grandmother who was convinced that some demon must have taken the little boy and so his grandmother beat him daily to release the demon within him.
Waylon cried everyday when it was time for his beating, not because it hurt. His skin was too thick to even notice it but how he was treated by the only family he ever known.
His grandmother never let him go to school and home schooled him until he was 14 and she finally let him go to high school, upon arrival Waylon was subjected to bullying from the get go, unfortunately for his would be tormentors that Waylon had no patience for that and quickly took out the biggest bully in school by punching him so hard that he couldn't eat solid food for 2 months. Had to have his jaw completely replaced. It was here that Waylon finally felt comfortable until graduation where he found getting a job impossible due to his looks.
Croc retreated home one day to find his grandmother couldn't take it anymore and left without saying a word. All she left was a note which Waylon never read. This is when the rumours started that Waylon killed and eat his own grandmother. With everything going on Waylon moved to the Sewers and found abandoned cubby holes down there where he decided to live.
It did nothing for him as moving down there gave everyone more ammunition and everything feared Killer Croc.
Waylon pretty much lived in isolation and only got involved with other humans when they caused such a fuss he had to intervene. It was here Waylon found purpose sorting out little scuffles, sometimes stopping muggings but due to his appearance and his violence towards the perpetrators made him seem the bad guy. One night Croc ripped off a would-be rapists arm.
So that's the story of Croc until one night he saved a drug addict from a gang beat down leaving 1 dead and 7 in critical condition. He took in this drug addict and kept him prisoner for 3 months until he kicked his habit, it was none other than Roy Harper. The 2 formed a friendship, the first Waylon had ever known.
Name: Man_Bat (Kirk Langstrom)

Origin: Kirk was a dedicated geneticist interested in extracting and isolating traits from one species and transferring them to another which always caused a slew of giggles from his colleagues and he was constantly told this wasn't possible but Kirk was obsessed. Unknown to other Kirk was going deaf and this was in a desperate attempt to save his own hearing. He thought he made a breakthrough but due to the nature of his work and that he was now considered a laughing stock his funding was refused and he had no choice but to test this experimental serum on himself.
Kirk was overcome with joy when it worked and his hearing slowly began to come back. Unfortunately for Kirk Splicing his DNA with that of a bat had an adverse side effect and he was suffering blackouts and when he'd come to he couldn't explain where he'd been or where some of his clothes were or why his room was full of dead animals.
Seeking help Kirk signed himself into Arkham where they obviously thought him insane and a danger to others. But Kirk transformed on the 2nd night and broke out of Arkham and it happened again, this time it was all recorded on tape and he was now considered a great threat to the safety of the people of Gotham. Batman was called in to apprehend Kirk who the media nicknames Man-Bat.
It was no longer safe at Arkham and they wanted to move him to The Raft, Kirk hearing this sent him straight into another transformation except this time he was in full control and he escaped. Batman hearing of Kirk's plight quickly gave chase and quickly caught up and subdued Man-Bat.
After a discussions Batman agreed that Kirk doesn't deserve to be treated like the rest of the criminals on the raft and that outside of the raft Kirk would always be pursued and gave Kirk a choice he could even accept his fate and be transferred to the raft or Batman could give him the contact information and he could seek out The Outlaws who would house him and teach him how to control his transformations and violent outbursts. Kirk chose The Outlaws, now he just had to convince them to take him in.

Origin: Jason had a rough childhood, when he was a teenager his mother died of a drug overdose which left Jason living on the streets. Living on the streets made Jason grow up fast. With no one to rely but himself Jason quickly knew that he couldn't back down from anyone, even if it meant taking the occasional beating now and again.
One night Jason was in an alley when the Batmobile pulled up, Jason waited for Batman to leave and Jason saw this as a great opportunity to take the Batmobile for a joyride. Unfortunately for young Jason the Batmobile has it's own defense systems in place which rendered Jason unconscious.
Batman upon returning was curious to hear Jason's story so upon discussion with the boy once he regained consciousness, Batman learned that Jason's story was similar to his own and Batman offered to adopt the boy. Showing his true identity to the boy. Jason agreed that he would let Bruce Wayne adopt him.
No paperwork was signed legally as Jason was homeless but he moved in to Wayne Manor and started attending school. He was fascinated and put his name down for any sport the school had on offer, American Football, Rugby, Boxing, Wrestling. Whatever there was that was physical Jason was doing it.
Bruce took note of this and started training Jason in martial arts and after a year Bruce asked Jason if he wanted to become the 2nd Robin. Jason honoured quickly accepted. He went on many patrols with Bruce and when he was 16 he started having a more active role than just training with other kid heroes where he met Arsenal.
Jason quickly established himself as Robin so much so he was allowed out on his own to patrol to areas at once. Unfortunately Joker was waiting for this to happen and quickly put his plan into motion. Joker beat the teen with a crowbar breaking almost all of his ribs, both his arms and both of his legs. Jason couldn't move with his injuries and it was a waiting game until Batman arrived, it took Batman 3 days to find him. Jason fell into a coma due to his horrific injuries.
Batman hunted down Joker and had him committed back to Arkham, after 6 months had passed Jason awoke from his coma but his body still needed further time to heal. As soon as Jason was able he left Wayne Manor totally discussed that Bruce didn't do the right thing and finally put the Joker down for good.
Jason asked Bruce when enough was enough and how many people does he have to kill, cripple or hurt before you realize that your rules you impose on yourself does more harm than good. Jason disappeared traveling to the same places Bruce traveled to train from the best around the world.
When Jason returned he was known as Red Hood and didn't mess around at all. Jason not only killed criminals but he did it in ways that would make others question whether running foul of him was worth it. The most famous was throwing the heads of Carmine Falcone's lieutenants at the crime boss' feet.
Jason had save houses all over the world and was wanted for murder in many States in the U.S. as well as other countries. His outlook and methods left him at constant odds with Batman, something which Bruce deeply regrets.
it was one evening when Jason recognized Arsenal on the TV fighting none other than Batman when Jason went to check on the proceedings he quickly chose the side of Arsenal shooting Batman in the leg and taking him out of the battle.
Name: Tattooed Man (Mark Richards)

Gender: Male (Human - Enchanted)

Origin: Richards joined the U.S. Military at age 18 and went on to become a decorated marine. Even worked with Grifter & Deathblow on occasion. After getting a call to travel to Ghana Richards plane went down. He was severely injured but taken in by a tribe and given an ultimatum accept the sins of the elder in exchange for his life, not knowing what this would mean Richards agreed.
He was nursed back to health and when he was deemed healthy enough the Sin Grafting started and the process was slow and painful but when it was completed after days of suffering the elder noticed something he only ever heard of happening once before. The tattoo's that was grafted to Richards body was coming to life and Richards had instant control over them. The tribe bowed as this unheard of occasion.
Richards traveled back home but was let go from the military due to being MIA for years, not really sure what he should do with his life decided to be a muscle for hire & work security. It was easy work for him until one evening he was forced to either use his tattoo's to save him or be beaten to death by a group of troublemakers. He didn't know it at the time but his life was changed forever.
While he didn't do it, he was blamed for a murder he didn't commit simply because he had these powers the police couldn't udnerstand. How could he prove he was innocent when they were ready to throw the book at him simply for being a meta and no alibi?
Richards went on the run but was tracked down and brought in by The Outlaws. Richards had no chance against the team who packed way too much muscle for him to overcome on his own. Explaining his situation to Red Hood, the team took a vote to get to the bottom of this mysterious murder he was blamed for. The Outlaws cleared Richards name and he was a free man once again, no murder charge or wrong doings to his name unfortunately The Outlaws are wanted criminals and are under fire from officers of the law, Richards has a choice to make. Walk away a free man or risk his freedom and his life to save theirs.

EDDIE BROCK
Origin: Eddie's mother died in childbirth and he was raised by his father. After becoming a teenager all Eddie wanted to do was make his father proud. Eddie's father always wanted to be a reporter but with 2 kid's to raise he was stuck doing a 9 - 5 job and any and all extra hours he was offered.
Eddie decided that he was going to become a reporter to make his dad proud, Eddie studied hard and finally got his big break for the Daily Bugle. Eddie's first assignment was to get some inside scoop on Spider-Man. While hunting for Spider-Man was when Eddie Brock's life really changed forever when he was chosen by the Symbiote Venom to be his host.
The first months were hell for Eddie as the Symbiote activated and took control at will whenever it felt the host was threatened. First time happened during a violent mugging which saved Eddie's life but left a rather gruesome scene of body parts for the police to find. The second time however was in a confrontation with Eddie's boss J. Jonah Jameson. Struggling to keep the Symbiote in check, Eddie was immediately fired from his job after throwing his boss across the room.
Feeling sorry for himself, Eddie got drunk one night and awoke covered in the blood of 30 people. While Eddie was drunk Venom had total control and decided to go out and slaughter 30 people. After checking the news Eddie found out that the 30 people that were slaughtered were from a local gang which would start a gang war. Eddie dedicated that if he was stuck with the Symbiote that he would use it to keep causalities to a minimum due to this being his fault.
It was during the gang war that Eddie & Venom first met The Outlaws. Eddie thinking The Outlaws might be his best bet of learning to live with Venom asked if he could make there band a foursome before being quickly by Venom that it would indeed be the 5 of them. Red Hood accepted the extra help.
VENOM
Origin: Came to earth from space, the symbiote known as Venom found his first host with Spider-Man before being discarded it had to find another host quick before it died. The only available person it could find was Eddie Brock. Venom and Eddie had a very turbulent relationship until after a few months they made a mutual agreement that they'll both be better off if they work through everything as a team. So When Eddie agreed to worth with The Outlaws Venom was more than happy to go along with it.
