Captain America vs Sub Zero

Title says it all. This is Mortal Kombat 9  sub zero and steve rodgers as cap. 
 
Sub Zero is tasked to assasinate captain america in NYC on an empty street. Normal gear  and sub zero had  30 minutes to make a strategy. Cap has 2 minutes prep and the fight starts 100 yards away from each other. This is Kuai Lang as sub zero.

Solid Snake and Captain America vs Batman and Punisher

Randomly came to mind and sounded like a pretty cool fight. This is  Solid Snake from Twin Snakes with his best items including: stealth camo, octo camo, patriot gun, infinity bandana, and of course the SOCOM and stun knife. Steve Rodgers for cap. Bruce Wayne for bats.  
 
 
 Caps team has 5 hours of prep time. They also start 100 yards away from each other.
 
Also no calling on outside help such as JLA and the Avengers. No batmobile and his jet. Other than that their best weapons. Fight takes place in New York City.
