I prefer to think of robots as the offspring of the human race. Procreation on the species level. So what if they do replace us someday, big deal. If technology ever got to the point that they could replace us, it would also be at a point where we could upload our minds into the machine. We could transcend the limitations of mortal flesh and download ourselves into better bodies, or literally surf the net. If you think about it we're already heading in that direction. Think of how much time people spend interacting online. It's only a matter of time before we get rid of the pc interface and interact with the web directly. At that point robots running the world would be a necessity. It wouldn't be the end of the human race, just an evolution into something better.

It's not that you don't agree with me, it's that you are misusing the English language. I really don't care what you think about anything, but when you clearly type something to me and then try to play it off like you were generalizing, that's when I question your intelligence.
I made a general statement using 'your' to refer to any potentially annoying parents of annoying children. If you really wanted to call me stupid you would have pointed out that I used 'your' not 'you're'. Don't flatter yourself, you think I care about insulting your child?
That's not how the English Language works. When you use the word 'your' it's no longer a general statement. What is so hard to understand about that.
Actually 'your' was correct, "you're" is a contraction that means "you are", Yet another stunning display of your English skills. Unless of coarse you meant to type "You are kids are annoying", because thats an even bigger fail.
Also if you actually read what I typed, I never called you stupid. I named a few possibilities for why you're having such a hard time with the English language.

First off you dont know my kid. My kid is very well behaved in public, to assume all kids are annoying is just ignorant.
I was generalizing Brainiac. Also, I'm not assuming, I've observed far more bad children and parents than good ones.
Actually genius "kids are annoying" would have been generalizing. Perhaps english isn't your first language, or your just unintelligent, but when you say the words 'your kids' you are in fact referring to my children.
Yes you are assuming, your assuming that the small number of parents you've observed is reflective of all parents.
Bottom line is its ignorant to apply the behavior of a few individuals to the whole group. When I worked at the mall I saw a ton of black teenagers shoplift, does that mean all black teenagers shoplift and should be banned from malls? Hell no. Most teenage girl I've encountered at the movie theater are really loud through the whole movie, does that mean all teenage girls act that way and should be banned from movie theaters? Of coarse not. Get some sense.
