I looked through some of my old back issues and I think you guys are selling WIldcat short here.  Strength and Speed are simply not enough for Blade to win.  Lets look at the facts here.  Wildcat is not just a boxer, he has is also and expert in  Krav Maga, Capoeira, Hapkaido, and Muay Thai.  He was able to take down foes far stronger than him, Killer Croc is one example of this.  For all of you that think speed is going to win this for Blade:

That's pretty much all she has. "
well i still have to rely on my decades of knowledge of the character and give it to silver sable instead as she is a legitimate fighter... "
oh Tyger Tiger is a legitimate fighter, I'd still call Sable the winner though.

Namora.  She's got speed, flight, is plenty strong, and smart enough to take advantage of Ares temper.

I'd have to say Wild Cat.  Since it's h2h only that gives the edge to Wildcat because Blade mainly fights with weapons h2h is not his strongest area.  (meaning if someone's favored fighting style is with sword, and then they have to fight without one he is not fighting at his peak ability)  Wildcat however only fights h2h.  The real factors that come into play are Blades strength, and his speed.  Wildcat has taken blows from people stronger than Blade and walked away, so strength is not going to win this for Blade.  Speed though, I simply don't know.  I've mainly seen Wildcat fight people with super strength.

Assuming this is a full power Juggernaut, the only way Marvel is going to win is through BFR.  The question is will Juggernaut let himself get BFR'ed?

Seeing as how the question was who has the tougher skin, and not who is the tougher character,  I'll have to go with Colossus.  Why?  To my knowledge Colossus has never had to wear a metal mask because his face got so disfigured, the Thing has.  The only thing that matters in this discussion is examples of skin damage, and I just don't have one for Colossus that ranks with Thing's facial disfigurement.
