A sequel could work if it was set in modern times and the torches had been passed so like a Nite-Owl III and Rorschach II. A prequel would also be cool if it was them set in the early days of their crime fighting. I love the book, I've reread it a lot but I don't hold it sacred and honestly if they got the right creative team it would be a very interesting read.

I want to get all the Endless, or at least Death and Dream. That would probably be the extent of a comic book tattoo although for a while I was toying around with designing just a Green Arrow which would be much more subtle.

I like the simple mugging explanation. Its more nihilistic. Plus it sets up Batman to wage a war on crime not on a specific person. And maybe Chill only had 2 bullets.

I prefer a DC universe where Superman has a sex tape.

I thought the Knights were the basketball team? Or the baseball team? Knights seemed to the catchall name for a Gotham team so I'm glad they picked something else.

Eh The Phantom Stranger doesn't really do much, I'm sure he could do more to make the world better. The Spectre who is The Spirit of Vengeance in the DC Universe has been called out for not doing enough Vengeancing. Once you have enough power you seem to just have a responsibility to not do evil, you don't have the responsibility to do good.

Well he didn't exactly have the training like Dick, the toughness of Jason, or the raw intelligence of Jason. Maybe he wasn't good enough. He is probably in Limbo, quick someone tell Grant Morrison so he can be a Easter Egg next time there is a limbo story.
