The movies out now and now I realize how much they would fit in with the continuity.

He could be a hitman who was hired by Norman Osborn to trash Richard Parkers little room where he had the documents and stuff, and he could be the one who caused the plane crash that killed Peters parents.

He could be a guy who works at Oscorp and dreams up the Vulture glider, but is fired 'cuz they think he's nuts, so he gets revenge but actually inventing the glider, but it'd more like a jet-pack thing instead of a glider.

Three things: The whole cross-species thing at Oscorp, he could be a former russian soldier who volunteers for an Oscorp project that turns him into Rhino (and now he wants revenge or they like program him or whatever to kill Spidey for whatever reason), and, hey, rumor has it.

Maybe the half-Lion half-Man version from Spectacular Spider-Man could appear and he could be a cross-species genetics thingy-ma-bob.

Maybe he could be a mutate, kind of like in the game how they had Vermin, Rhino, and all those other mutates. They dont have to be animal-themed.

He could be a cross-species dude who gains spider-like agility instead of turning into a half-tarantula monster

The cross-species thingy could be the reason he becomes Man-Wolf
