It is a bit of a slow start, but it is just the first issue, so they did have to set up the story. Overall I love the art work and I cannot wait until the end of the month to read issue 2. Can't wait until the series is over, so then I can go and re-read all five books at once too. A crossover that deals with two different versions of futures for humanity, one bad, the other good, a crossover between the two should have happened a long time ago.
Hmm, since the villain knows Bruce Wayne as Batman as per the first issue said that. I considered the possibility that maybe the villain is Hugo Strange. This is all some grand scheme to finally prove to the world that the Batman is no hero after all and Strange wants to flaunt it.
The book started in June, but in July, they started doing one shots that go along with the story some what. They were: Johnny Bravo, Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Cow and Chicken, and finally Kids Next Door. Which was released this Wednesday.
Positive. The main series has five one shots to go along with it. The first was Johnny Bravo, then Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, then it'll now be on Cow and Chicken, then finally Kids Next Door.
I can't believe I use to like this show when I was younger. I look at it now and I cannot possibly see why. The opening lyrics for god's sake were momma had a chicken, momma had a cow. Dad was proud, they didn't care how. I'm only getting it because it is in my box and for the two page preview when Aku meets Vilgax.
