Combustion Man in Sozin's Comet might be able to completely annihilate Ba Sing Se or something lol. Though the power would probably be too much for him to handle, and he could accidentally blow himself up.

Ozai's mostly too agile for him, but Combustion Man might theoretically win just for the blast radius alone.

Gohan was far stronger than any of the human Z-fighters in the Buu Saga but was rusty in terms of fighting and even the likes of Tien could probably beat him without an unfair gap. Burter and Buuhan could have have equal power levels, but Buuhan will most probably win due to his superior regeneration and more versatile attacks etc.

And they're not depowered in the sense that they can still use their signature moves, ki attacks, and flight. This thread was pretty much to see who's the better strategist and/or who has superior techniques + abilities.

How about Ultimate Spider-Man 2 for PS4, Xbox One, Wii U, and PC with HD cell shaded graphics, SM2 webswinging, and an original canon story where you play as Miles Morales who's voiced by Phil Lamarr?

(EDIT): Lol, I had a major lack of hindsight for including all of the Prince's time powers. IIrc I only created this thread with the rewind powers in mind. Maybe I assumed Nightwing could knock out the Dagger with a wingding or something.

For round 2, I'll be limiting the Prince's time powers to only the 6 rewinds.
