Back in the early 90's there was actually a female character that was "anti-sterotypical comic female," I mean she was well written, believable... and ironically enough... fat.
If you kids ever delve into the old Valiant comics, be sure to check out early issues of Harbinger.

Since then though... sex sells. Don't get me wrong, I think Gamora is a well written, fleshed-out character, but I have to admit the Gamora from the 70's doesn't quite appeal to me like the current [dead] one and its not because of who's writing her.

Okay, you can start throwing the cyber-vegetables at me now.

I hadn't considered age to be a factor before you guys brought it up. What do you all think the current WW's age is in the comics?
To me she doesn't look a day over 29.

In Hollywood, that rules out a LOT of potential Dianas out there. There goes, Jennifer Connelly, Demi Moore, Milla Jovovich, Courtney Cox, Lucy Lawless, Charlize Theron, Sandra Bullock, Tiffany Theissen, Halle Berry, Betty White...

How old is Leelee Sobieski? or Hillary Swank? Ooh, maybe Lacey Chabert?

Whoever they get, I hope Megan Fox is Cheetah!!

Color me out of the loop, but what's the latest on a Wonder Woman flick being produced while I'm still alive?

And if anyone here knows the creators personally, please make sure that Leelee Sobieski is considered for the role.

Chiseled features, acting cred, bodacious body... what else would ya need?

The cast is large, but then... there are a lot of characters in the story, no?

I haven't seen enough of this 'new' Warlock to accurately gauge his limits... so I'll reserve judgment until I've read/seen that he's at least as powerful as he was when he squared off with Thor, or if he's even more powerful. So far... I haven't seen him do anything on that level.

Maybe they are and we just aren't yet privy to their deeds.

[Wishful thinking that the writers have some inkling as to what they're actually doing...]

Hmm... I can't think of anything that could help the Eradicator stop the Surfer from changing him into a gaseous cloud [at best].

Was this art from one of Wizards old April fools gags that's still lingering on passed its expiration date?

Nutshell: While I can appreciate the artwork, I'll believe it when I see it [in print].

Okay, last I read about the Infinity Gems, Reed Richards had brought them together in front of the Illuminati.
He put on the Gauntlet and the Watcher showed up to snap him back in place.

Then what?

Were they dispersed to the Illuminati?

Did any Skrulls get one?

Thanks.

As much as I liked Iron Man... it was chock full of hokey lines.

Just one example, a picture in the FUN-V... "No gang symbols, please... naah I'm just kiding, throw it up there."
