According to what information Gordon gave Bats: "a gorgeously psychotic green-skinned woman, who brandishes a sword like some kind of Jedi Master, has been smashing through the rough streets of Gotham for three days straight looking for something ... or someone." Thus, he would have come "prepped" to deal with a blade-weilder that had a skin discoloring issue. Bats loses 'cause she's a whole lot more than what he was expecting.

Battles between characters are supposed to be fun, impetuous, and daring.
But forget all of that because you first have to dredge through pages
and pages of rules and expectations and formats to conform to, and oh yeah...
you have to search through the forum to make sure it wasn't already
done five years ago or else your new twist on a battle will be locked.

You guys sure know how to suck the fun out of something that's supposed
to be whimsical and exciting.

I know, I know.... if I don't like it I can leave.

I think I'll do just that. This place has gone downhill
lately anyways, and now you expect people to pay for the
things that used to be free in here?

Stupid.

If you think this should be in the "Goodbye" thread, then you're part of the problem.

Magus didn't do as much with it as Thanos because he never truly had the reality gem when he possessed the I. Gauntlet.

If we assume all combatants are full throttle and their power sources are charged and ready to go... Magus ftw.

And he curb stomps Thanos just for old time's sake. :)

 "Jim."

"Ahh! Is that you?"

"Of course it is Gordon. You do have the bat signal on."

"Uh... right. Listen, I've got a problem right up your alley."

"I'm listening"

"I've got three separate reports of a gorgeously psychotic green-skinned woman,
who brandishes a sword like some kind of Jedi Master, has been smashing
through the rough streets of Gotham for three days straight looking for something ... or someone."

"Any idea what she's after?"

"Two different witnesses swore they heard the woman yell 'I want that medallion loincloth back',
but I figured they both must've heard something that rhymes with that."

"Any leads?"

"My guess would be to search down by the docks, but only because that's the only gambling area
of Gotham's that she hasn't...  ...trashed yet...  ...you're not even there anymore are you?"

...

"I hate it when you do that."

<<<  Meanwhile, behind the facade of this innocent looking bait store... >>>

"Are you sure this is the right place?"

"Please Gamora, I am the Celestial Madonna; do you really think I
wouldn't  be able to zone in on that little hairy thing's nasty thoughts?
Trust me, Pip the Troll will be coming around that corner in exactly three minutes.
Now as before, I refuse to be here when 'it' gets here, so... ta-ta!"

"Thanks Mantis, tell Pete I'll be back as soon as I secure... the package."

<<Two minutes and ten seconds later>>

"Waiting for someone?"

<<< Now... since she was already coiled to strike at Pip, Batman's unexpected question
& the subsequent reaction from Gamora means ...the battle is on! Both engage with basic
martial arts until each blow and counter continues to escalate into a full on grudge match!>>

<<Pip the Troll, and the Golden Medallion Loincloth he stole from Gamora and has been
trying to unload to the highest bidder, moves away from the sounds of the tremendous
battle he hears just around the corner.>>

I've said it before and I'll say it again:

Leelee Sobieski is the perfect choice.
Amazonian height?..........check
Chiseled features?..........check
Acting credentials?..........check
Action credentials?..........check
Bodacious curves?..........check

Everyone else comes up short compared to Leelee.   ...yes, even the Spartacus chic. [A close second, btw; but still second to Leelee]

Why can't they see it should be Leelee Sobieski?? If Sobieski's agent were even remotely competent, this would already be in post-production.

If the company that currently owns the film rights to make a WW movie are about to select directors, scripts, etc.;
then I really hope Leelee Sobieski's acting agency gets her into the auditions on day one. IMO, she would be perfect.

On a different note... you mean to tell me that you DON'T think the film Red Sonja was a "good super heroine movie?" Kidding.
Although Famke Jensen's portrayal of Dark Phoenix in X3, while totally non-X-Men cannon, really blew me away. Re:  "I don't wanna fix it!"
