I never read the FMA manga, just watched the first series (quite different I know) and then Brotherhood (more loyal to the manga I guess), and IIRC none of the Homunculi had any kind of TP resistance, since TP didn't even exist in that Universe if I'm not mistaken. And depending on the versions we're using, the X-Men have a crazy lot of Telepaths at their disposal. Not to mention guys like Magik, Iceman, and people who could very well handle Pride using bright light alone.
At first glance, I thought her position in bed was just to make the mood funny to follow the more light-hearted tone of the comic. I don't think the intent was for people to immediately go "doggy style! Yup, she's a slut!". Throw in the fact that the artwork is meh and she is in rather normal clothing in a bed by herself, it isn't meant to make you think sexy.
Agreed, I never really saw it as sexual... More as a funny or cute way to sleep.
The idea behind All New X-Men wasn't really that interesting to begin with, and the time stream was said, many times to be broken as hell, so, which genius will be responsible of messing, yet again, with it?
@gonnarain: Rachel never had training when she became a phoenix avatar.she was the longest avatar of the phoenix. probably the best too
Of course, Rachel is, in my opinion, one of the best Avatars, but I wasn't really talking about training though, just that, unlike the Phoenix 5, Quentin was supposed to become the Phoenix at one point or another (or at least I remember something like that), not that he had any special trainging.
