The CW : Black Siren 's Star City Sirens
Black Siren should come back to Star City and open the Black Canary Club just like in the ARKHAM KNIGHT game .
Black Siren = Catwoman as in she is a Anti Hero. She should also have a gang that is called the Star City Sirens that is run out of the club.
In the end Black Siren will become Black Canary and some of the Star City Sirens will become the Birds of Prey.
How does Black Siren have the Money & Power to open the Black Canary Club and start the Star City Sirens with out being shut down by Team Arrow ? That would be Checkmate as in Sasha Bordeaux the Black Queen of Checkmate who is using the club and the Star City Sirens to perform operations worldwide.
