@utkanflash: Thank you for your Helpful thoughts, First I want to get the Minato argument out of the way and move on the Suiryu

I now see the more bigger picture with Minato and I completely forgot about how extremely heroic he was, that's his character, a man who's mistakes caused him his life. A man who's intelligence was created through experience, I do think his master, the toad sage influenced his choices and life a lot as well. Also the hair, I meant that more as a little joke but I do think there is some subjectivity to it. The silhouette in ones character I one of the things that people see first, you take Jiraiya's silhouette and you have a near perfect one. The clothing on both of these characters are very similar, you could see the cloak of Minato was added on top of his outfit, Jiraiya has this huge chunk of hair and his "pony tail" (that chunk of hair on the back that swoops down) draws your eye downwards or upwards. This puts the focus on the head, which is what most great character designs do. This is also see with Naruto's pain outfit that he dawns, the hair isnt to distracting and the head bad actually has those tails that lead back to the head (i love how ive written a paragraph about Naruto hair). That was just a random thought but I want to move on the Suiryu

Im completely caught up in the anime and the Yusuke Murata version of the series, in ONES webcomic Ive only just finished the monster Garou fight. The major speech that the One Punch Man gives is very great and it is basically the same argument that he had with Suiryu, "Im a hero because its fun" Very simple but very deep as well. I love that fight but what I dont like is how Suiryu was the main antagonist for Saitama during the fighting tournament arc. ITS A FIGHTING TOURNAMENT and the final boss gets beaten up twice in the span of a few chapters, a waist of a character and the fact that ONE tried to push the whole saitama speech this early also kinda ruined that whole section of OPM.
