So this is basically old school Tony with Udon Tasky's generator. Wish I knew the location for this fight. Still I side with Taskmaster due to the overwhelming skill margin plus he's seen Lizard in action so he'll already know what to watch out for and how to evade him. Lizard takes a bullet through the eye and an arrow through the other.

Taskmaster bank shots his shield off of the ceiling to distract Tombstone who then looks back down in time for a hand thrown shotgun bullet to the eye and then simultaneously gets either a mouthful of shotgun blast or a sword through the mouth or both at the same time when he opens his mouth to scream in pain.

Gambit is being low balled yet again. The OP stated a few things. First the location takes place in Hell's Kitchen which has tons and tons of places the Rajun Cajun can launch an attack from undetected and let's not forget he was raised by thieves to be stealthy enough to pull it off. Secondly all he needs to do to win this fight is KO Electro which I have no doubt he can do especially after being given three days worth of preparation for this fight. That'd be more than enough time for him to set a trap that an unsuspecting Electro would walk into. I'm actually willing to bet Remy could KO him without charging anything by making use of his agility, speed and reflexes to get passed Electro undetected and bop him upside the head with his bo staff.
