And really though he was only doing stuff like this against normal people who arent even peak human OR special forces/Military Level.

Im sure if you put Ajax in a Bullet proof suit he would tear these guys up.

simple. Genji was able to beat Hanzo after he became a cyborg, while holding back

He was hurting hanzo. I dont think thats what you do when you hold back.
