Well this is gonna be a long post but here's my take on this battle.
Puri Puri Prisoner, Tanktop Master, Child Emperor, Watchdog Man (presumably), Genos and Atomic Samurai are honestly probably not even factors here under most circumstances. They are too slow, frail and weak to take a hit from Boros in his Meteoric Burst form, nor can they keep up with or deal any damage whatsoever. Okay, Atomic Samurai can cut him up, but not faster than Boros can regenerate, and he gets OHKOed by a single punch / kick from Boros anyway, and can't keep up with Meteoric Burst mode to attempt his Atomic Slash anyway. Genos' Incineration might harm Boros at full powrr, but there's no way Boros would be slow enough for that to even touch him. Now, if Boros were to stay still...
Pig God, Superalloy Darkshine and Metal Bat are tanks, probably enough to take a few hits and hit back. They aren't particularly fast, but if they work together they could probably grapple him and trade a couple of blows. Pig God would be down first, and Metal Bat wouldn't really be able to hit back, leaving Darkshine to tank alone and try and grapple while the stronger heroes attempt to take Boros down for good - and since Darkshine could only take a few hits from a powered-up Garou, I'd say he also wouldn't last particularly long. He wouldn't get vaporised or killed, but he would for sure get KO'd if Boros gets a headshot in with his fists or feet. Metal Bat would mostly be a distraction because of his ridiculous endurance, but wouldn't even be able to touch Boros with his weapon.
Lightspeed Flash is roughly as fast as Boros, maybe a tad slower, and his sword would similarly be able to cut up Boros and force him to regenerate. He is much faster than Atomic Samurai so he could definitely keep the pressure on Boros. Bang only has his fists but is also insanely fast and he can use Boros' own physical strength against him with Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist - if he can intercept a punch - but together these two would not be enough due to Boros being considerably stronger than them physically, and being able to give off enough energy that it would probably seriously harm Bang to even touch Boros. These two would certainly give Boros a little trouble though - and if they worked together with Tatsumaki, they might be able to beat him.
Tatsumaki is the big one - honestly, I think she is about on par with regular-form Boros (or close to it), certainly strong enough to harm and threaten Meteoric Burst form (but not beat it singlehandedly). She has proven she can take on multiple Dragon-level threats - even beasts like Homeless Emperor - without breaking a sweat, and ONE has stated she could even beat Golden Sperm one-on-one if she was in perfect health at the time. Since Golden Sperm was only defeated when Garou reached the kind of power level to OHKO Darkshine, I'd say Golden Sperm was approaching Boros-levels of power there, and since Tatsumaki is stronger, she is probably nearly there. Furthermore, even in her heavily weakened state, she was able to pin a powered-up monster Garou with her ESP long enough for Sweet Mask to attack multiple times.
When it comes down to it, I think Tatsumaki is strong enough to pin and somewhat weaken Meteoric Burst Boros just long enough for Lightspeed Flash, Bang and possibly Genos and Atomic Samurai to use their strongest attacks (repeated Flashy Slashes, Water Stream Rock Smashing Fists, Atomic Slashes and Incinerations) to kill him. If Tatsumaki can hold him for maybe ten seconds, that would probably be enough.
My theory - 6/10 win for the S-Class Heroes, but ONLY if Tatsumaki is in perfect health. It's certainly a struggle though.
