For the most part I enjoyed the issue. Loved the art and Hulk taking the bomb and Iron man's reaction to the bomb made me chuckle. I still wan't Hulk to have some personality but clearly that's not in the cards anytime soon for this series. My real only complaints are directed at Bruce and Tony. Bruce acting like a prima donna and Tony talking down to him to that degree felt off. I get Bruce is insecure and Tony can be abrasive but Bruce just seemed like a baby not getting his way and Tony seemed like he truly thought Bruce was a moron.

But like I said it was a solid issue, it just could do with a less needy Banner.

Identity Crisis was one of the most powerful and well written DC event's imo.

Honestly man I have no idea. Clearly the energy source is gonna tie to the bomb being made but what purpose the bomb will serve....... your guess is as good as mine. Somehow this is gonna tie into Inhumanity. Maybe he is going to try and revert the Terrigenesis or keep it from harming normal humans? I dunno lol. I'm just happy they are giving his supporting cast the time of day. Now if Hulk can start being depicted at least as intelligent as he was in Avengers EMH, this series will of turned itself around for me. Fingers crossed.

I have to say I really really have disliked this series.That being said the last issue and the annual have shown a lot of promise. The art is beautiful and the story is genuinely interesting. It's not where I'd like it to be yet but its way better than its ever been imo. Looking forward to next issue.

Not at all man. To each there own. I don't dislike Waid. When I heard he would be writing it I was stoked. I mean come on, Kingdom Come is a classic. I just don't feel like there is any focus on Hulk as a character other than to have him wreck random people. I want to know what Hulk thinks of his mission. Get more of a back and forth with him and Banner. Did Banner and Hulk forget about his son? It's not copying a writer to acknowledge the characters supporting cast.

As for Pak turning Hulk into a 50ft tall rage monster at the end. I acknowledged Gamma radiation can be a momentary stat up (Also a lot of magic was flying around in that story so I took that with a grain of salt). It doesn't birth something new. Maybe come next issue that will change but it looks like they are saying the bomb birthed a new incarnation. I just come here to vent. I'll continue to read regardless because he is my favorite character.
