Luke doesn't stomp, and TPM Kenobi is fodder compared to ROTJ Vader.

But, DE Luke does win. He's better than his ROTJ incarnation who was already equal to ROTJ Vader as per numerous OOU sources. And ROTJ Vader is better than the Vader that Starkiller was better than.

Although, lol at the script version of the first part of the fight being used as proof of ROTJ Vader and Luke being equals. That excerpt portrays Luke as better, because he's given in to the DS and is circumstantially enraged:

"Luke is in torment. He glances at his lightsaber sitting on the armrest of the throne. The Emperor watches him and smiles, touches the lightsaber. 'You want this, don't you? So no. Luke as of RotJ is the equal of Vader. By DE Luke has surpassed him significantly. Consider that Luke went from where he was in ESB to fully matching Vader in only a year. Times that growth by ten.

not to mention Starkiller was starved for 13 days as was matching Vader in Sabers and overpowered him in the force.

SK recovered his stamina after his encounter with the clones. Likewise Vader had his respirator disabled in the blindside from Juno. So he was diverting his power to keeping himself alive. And even then SK admitted he couldn't win.
