Sasuke has not been shown sucking the souls out of individuals, but he is very much capable of this as he does have the Rinnegan, if not an even more powerful version of it. Rinnegan abilities include Deva Path. Asura Path. Human Path. Animal Path. Preta Path. Naraka Path. In addition, Sasuke's Rinnegan is unique in the form that it can teleport the dojutsu user in certain ways. Use of these abilities are mostly shown by Pain, who has the great advantage of being born in a clan that has enormous chakra reserves. So this ability is applicable by Sasuke, it's just not used as often because of the situations. Sasuke has been shown using some of the abilities while he was using it after attaining it on the first day.

Whether or not the ability is shown, does not mean that he cannot use it. Official sources have stated that Rinnegans of this origin do all have these abilities.

@ssj_god: He won't need to planet bust for Way big, he has soul ripping abilities. Used with a genjutsu, and Way Big wouldn't be aware of it.

Wow, last post was a while ago. Sasuke stomps cos he's light speed, because he can keep up with Naruto's taijutsu. Naruto is light speed because he dodged Madara's sage light fang. Sasuke physically is no joke, by now, way stronger than sage mode naruto who was already quite strong. Because you guys didn't know about the Rinnegan back then, I'll mention it now... Rinnegan solo.

This thread legit says that Ben does not have Alien X. Sasuke went fist to fist with Naruto who is way past the stage of simply pounding large animals. Sasuke is literal light speed in order to keep up with Naruto who was able to dodge Madara's light fang sage attack which is... "what do you know? friggin light speed!" Even if Ben was able to use fasttrack or XLR8, both are not light speed. Sasuke cuts of his hand before he can even reach it. This is not out of character since Sasuke would be blood lusted. Even if Sasuke starts from like behind a mountain a few kilometres away, is ben going to even notice him coming? Probably not. Clockwork stomps? I think not, clockwork wouldn't even make it into the fight.

If Ben started with Clockwork, then that would be a different issue... he stomps. But otherwise, Sasuke curbstomps Ben back in time.

All Arthas would have to do is just get close enough the slice and dice witch king... and then frostmourne sucks in witch kings soul. Then... game over he aint ever getting out of there!
