Julia Carpenter is the second Spider-Woman, she is also the second Arachne and the second Madame Web. She gains her power after an being injected by a mix of spider venom and exotic plant extracts, which gives her power similiar to that of Spider-Man. She also posses the power of Madame Web such as telepathy, clairvoyance, prescience, precognition, and the ability to sense the presence of psionic powers in others. However, she has lost her eyesight in the process of gaining this powers.
