I have since solved this one, and I will say that this particular quest was bugged and it's very annoying when you know the answer.
Both of these clues are good but too bad the answers are flip flopped.
My hint is... Go to the Presidential page for one them that was featured in a very famous 80's comic that recently was a movie, Watch out, it's tricky men and women!
I know that the EIC's job is to oversee creative decisions taken within a company, but I always remember how Peter David's X-Factor was reading very well for me and then in an interview he would express his dissatisfaction with the fact that he had to break away from his story to write an annual issue that would be a crossover with the X-Men, Uncanny and New Warriors.
I specifically remember Fabian Nicieza, Scott Lobdell and Steven T. Seagle wanting to really take chances on the X-Books and being shot down and opted for a not so phenomenal twist as opposed to really creative plots they were going to go with. It got so ridiculous, me and my friends would always say, why don't the editors just write the frickin books!
I truly hope Bob has grown since Marvel and moreso I hope that DC knows what they are doing. I will give DC the benefit of the doubt for now and hope it was a good decision.
I think comics like Sin City, Batman: Black and White, First Comic's TMNT, Maus, and Walking Dead are made for no color at all.
There are times when I tell myself, "I think I would have enjoyed that comic a lot more in color" usually when it's a young creator who in fact wanted color but it was cheaper to produce their comic with no color.
For my money, there isn't a cookie cutter answer where all comics should be color, there's room for exceptions.
