Big mom & Kaido: The King & Queen of The Sea
The Perfect Duo
Big mom and Kaido are known as some of the strongest characters in verse, so forming a duo was consider by Akainu to be beyond the marines manpower, facing them together was seen as pretty much impossible by the Supernova, forcing them to try a split them and that is despite three of the five supernova being able to hold their known against Big mom and Kaido separately, clearly showing that they are so much stronger together that they were seen invincible in 5v2 despite three of those five being able to individually hold their own against them. The Duo have also shown having no problem fighting as a team, they have no problem combining their attacks to create even stronger attacks, and they have no problem helping each when needed during the fight:
The Power to Conquer The Sea
As stated by Kaido a strong devil isn't enough to conquer the sea and that only Haki can overcome such hurdles, Haki being a mysterious power that allows the user to utilize their own spiritual energy for various purposes. The power can be used to sense people's spiritual energy and predict their actions, give the user a protective coating of spiritual energy, and, for a certain group of "chosen ones", overpower the willpower of others, There are three form of Haki, The three form being:
Observation: Which grants users a sixth sense of the world around them and limited precognitive abilities. Users of this Haki can sense people's presence, strength, emotions, and intentions. An advanced level of Observation allows the user to see a short period into the future.
Armament: Which allows the user to use their own spiritual energy as armor to defend against attacks, as well as make their own attacks more potent. A person can apply the armament to a section of their body, over their entire body, and even apply it to their weapons. An advanced level of Armament allows the user to emit the armament a short distance without a medium. A higher grade of advanced Armament allows the user to make the emitted armament flow into a target's body and destroy it from the inside out.
Conqueror: Which grants the user the ability to overpower the will of others. This results in victims being mentally overwhelmed by the user, with particularly weak-willed foes instantly losing consciousness. An advanced level of Conqueror allows the user infuse their conquering spirit into their weapons and physical attacks, greatly augmenting their power. Only a small handful of the most powerful Conqueror Haki users are able to achieve this.
And Kaido and Big mom are some of the best Haki users in verse, both being able to use all form of Haki in their advance form. Starting with Kaido, The man has shown the ability to coat himself using Conqueror Haki instead of using his Armament Haki thus making him much stronger than the normal advance Haki user like Luffy and give me the ability to hit opponent without touching them from the inside out. Kaido also shown the ability to see the future, which he used to dodge all of Luffy's Snakeman attacks and blitz him in his slowest form, that despite Kaido being previously unbale to even move from Luffy's assault.
Next with have Big mom, Big mom has been confirm to have all types of Haki, She also the ability to use Advance Haki in which she used to defeat Page one, while it hasn't been stated that her advance Haki was Conqueror Haki, it shouldn't be hard to accept due her peer Kaido which she had no problem stalemating in a Haki clash has the ability to use it.
Devil fruits
Other than having Haki, both Yonko possess the ability to use Devil fruits, Devil fruits being mysterious, distinctive fruits scattered throughout the world, known for granting their eaters permanent superhuman powers. Starting with Kaido, Kaido ate The Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu, a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to transform into a hybrid and full version of an Azure Dragon at will.
Using his Devil fruits, Kaido is capable of utilizing multiple elemental ability starting with Breath Blast: which has him gather fire inside his mouth before "breathing" it out into a huge, conical blast toward his target of choice, using it Kaido is capable of blasting through Onigashima, and even making large enough to cover the size of Onigashima.
Next we have Demolishing Wind An attack where Kaido blows strongly, thereby creating powerful, crescent wind blades that can easily cut through solid stone as well as human bodies, This technique was the only technique from Kaido that remotely capable of doing anything to Luffy, Luffy who was previous taking slash Doflamingo's string that was passively lashing through meteor.
Then we have his Hybrid form, Kaido is his Hybird form boast is already impressive stats to new level, He is also capable of using Breath Blast in form as well as fly in this form, Once Kaidou acknowledges an opponent and gets drunk enough, he is able to engage in Shuron Hakke, an unique fighting style that takes advantage of Kaido's drunken mood swings and allows him to quickly switch between his Zoan forms and employ more unpredictable techniques. During certain moods, Kaido may even shift into completely unique forms outside his usual three. while in a laughing or bloodthirsty mood, Kaido manifests a bulkier version of his Human-Beast Form that can use stronger versions of his kanabo attacks, and while in a "thieving" mood, he turns into a smaller, slightly more humanoid variant of his Full Beast form that can swiftly fly around in sharp curves to dodge overwhelming enemy attacks.
Lastly Flaming drum Dragon a technique where Kaido breathes a large amount of flames from his mouth, forming a giant fire dragon over his original dragon body. The heat of his fire dragon near-instantly melts everything that it comes into contact with his body. In this state Kaido is also capable of using Rising Dragon: Flame Bagua, a technique used to clash with Luffy's Bajrang Gun.
Then We have Big mom, Big mom ate The Soru Soru no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to interact with and manipulate human souls.
Using his ability, Big mom is capable of using Soul Pocus her signature technique where She speaks directly to the soul's attachment to life, demanding that the person either give into her demands or give her their lifespan; she generally words these demands with the phrase Life or X or X or Life, with the word opposite to Life being whatever Big Mom desires at the moment. If the person shows fear for even a moment, Big Mom will be able to take their lifespan in any amount that she chooses, even their entire remaining lifespan, killing them instantly.
Staying on the topic of absorbing souls, Big mom has shown a unnamed technique that is capable of draining the energy of things that make contact with her:
Using The fragments of the souls she collect Big mom is capable of putting those souls fragments into object turning them to life (which are referred to as "homies"). Within that she has the ability to infuse fragments of her own powerful soul into objects, and they are much stronger than regular Homies. Big Mom keeps three special homies with her at all times Prometheus, Napoleon, and Zeus which she later change to Hera.
Feats
Let finally look at some feats Starting with Kaido, Kaido's striking feats are pretty straight forward starting with one his earlier feat of blitzing and one-shoting Pre-Wano Gear 4 Luffy in his base form, Gear 4 Luffy who even as far back Dressrosa was strong enough to casually flex himself out of Doflamingo's strings:
Doflamingo's strings whose are strong enough to no-sell a mountain size meteor from Fujitora which were coming down at speed fast enough to blitz Ceasar.
Adding on to how strong these strings are, Jozu was completely stopped by Pre-Timeskip Doflamingo mid-blitz using those strings 1 2, The strings held Jozu so completely still that Doflamingo was casually having a conversation with Crocodile while holding him, This is impressive due to Jozu being strong enough to stop a full on slash from Mihawk, Mihawk who by just spamming slash could slash through an Iceberg that was large enough to dwarf the entirety of Marineford before getting frozen by Aokiji.
Our next from Kaido comes when Kaido defeated Oden with a single hit, and a far weaker Oden was strong enough to take full slash from Roger with Minimal Injury, as you can see in One of the scan Whitebeard and Roger are more or less equal to each other, and an Old near death Beard, was strong enough to easily heavily Injured with a single slash, Teach who no-sold the impact knock stream, The knock stream is a beam enough to launch an Island as large as Upper Yard in the sky in near moments:
Here the size of Upper Yard in case you wondering, It would have taken Luffy and his crew about 4 hours to travel from Jaya to around where the knock-up stream was located (which is also around where Upper Yard was hit by it). Ships in the 1700s had a max speed of 20 knots which would be about 92 miles/148 km in 4 hours.
Moving on to durability, When comes to durability Kaido has yet to be hurt anything doesn't directly ignore his durability, so pretty all the durability feats mention of him getting hurt should below his actual durability due the attack being internal, First, we will start with Kaido being completely unscratched by a full assault from Luffy:
Luffy who as I establish was capable of taking Chinjao and flex himself out of Doflamingo's string in Gear 4, Kaido went to call Ryou attacks from the scabbards too shallow, and that despite two of the scabbards being able to easily defeat Hybrid Jack, and Jack in his base form was capable of taking a full on swing from the Zunesha, This quite impressive due to the massive size of the elephant.
Our next feat comes from a younger Kaido taking a ryou slash from Oden, Oden who at this point was much stronger than his version that was capable of momentarily clashing with WB's Quake before getting overpower by WB trying harder, and Prime Beard is much stronger than old WB, as he could passively replicate an attack Old WB needed entire move set for:
Kaido also showed to be strong enough to tank his own attacks, as Luffy who capable of clashing with him multiple times, even having their clash split the heavens, still couldn't harm Kaido in any significate way, he also showed this when he was capable of taking a Ryou Ashura slash from Zoro, who was strong to momentarily block a combine attack from Kaido and Big mom themselves.
Next, we have Big mom, Big mom is made out as being equal to Base Kaido's strength, As she had no problem not only clashing with him but also stalemating him all night, but let look at some of her feats, First we got Big mom as a toddler easily overpowering and one-shoting a bloodlusted Bearffall Jorul, one the former Giant crew captains, and Giants such as Broggy and Dorry are capable one-shoting a fish big enough to not only swallow entire Island but also poops excrement big enough to only be the size of Island but to also be mistaken as a continent by the two giants.
Our next feat we have Big mom with Prometheus casually matching Gear 3 Luffy and Diable Jambe Sanji, Gear 3 Luffy who was capable of one-shoting and rearranging Chinjao's drill, a drill capable of splitting a continent of Ice strong for him to be unable to break it without his drill. As for Sanji, He was strong enough to overpower full on Gum Gum Bazooka from Oars Pre-timeskip, Oars who was strong enough to creating a nation by piercing countries together, the man was shown in magazine actually pulling Islands, getting the nicknamed continent puller. Adding on to this Big mom was also capable of knocking out Queen in just two hits:
Queen a character durable enough for Marco to fail in defeating him despite trying everything he had to the point where he reached his limit, and Marco was capable of clashing with Big mom with Prometheus.
