The 200 most "important" heroes in the DC universe, minus the Top 80 (see separate list).
Based on subjective intuition, but also a spreadsheet/formula that includes number of comic appearances, recent prominence, inclusion in games and toylines, and media adaptations.

Has the appearances and games/toys to be Top 80, but will always be supporting to me. I don't see a Kilowog ongoing. OK he could, and probably has anchored a GLC book, but still.

Fun Fact: The Gilmore Girls sequel had a character named Gypsy change her name in 2016, but TV's Flash INTRODUCED a character named Gypsy in 2017.

I had him in the Top 80 when this list had intentional parallels to its Marvel equivalent, he was the Rocket Raccoon, and this was when having Rocket in the Top 80 was still a funny joke. B'dg alone doesn't really have enough appearances to justify T200, but I see him as continuous with Ch'p. Okay so Tomar-Re/Tu probably still beat out Ch'p/Bd'g, I just like furry little guys.

Honestly, I thought of her as more Non-Combatant Supporting, but she has a long history of superheroics too, including multiple JSA/League stints. My spreadsheet/formula actually places her in the Top 80, but I don't think I would go that far.

If you combine all the Doll Mans, they have appeared more than Uncle Sam, all the Phantom Ladies, all the Human Bombs, and all the Black Condors. 90s Ray alone beats all of them though.

I held onto her for a LONG time in the Top 80 because I believed Young Justice would make her important again, and it happened eventually, but it didn't last long, and I think she's always gonna be a 3rd stringer, and to me her being like the main character of YJ just stands out as weird.
