Shadow can casually pick up and throw vehicles and large debris, speed has been ambiguous but by spamming chaos control and other chaos powers, Shadow has way more options than Sonic. And all of that is while keeping his limiter rings on.

Sonic beating Shadow in games is usually plot armor.

As far as I can tell, Baki may or may not beat Raian. He would lose to Ohma I think.
