Check out some drawing books at a bookstore.  These are the ones that I've used and they were very helpful. Vanishing Point Perspective for Comics From the Ground Up, Drawing the Head and Figure, How to Draw Comics the Marvel Way.  Another one is called Sketching People: Life Drawing Basics.  Each of those is about $20 at borders and much less on amazon.  
Work on drawing things from life, and also try taking drawing classes if you can.  I'm taking a drawing class that's focused on anatomy, and I've noticed many improvements over the last couple of months.  I'm still not great by any stretch of the imagination but it has helped me a lot.
