Hey first, I'm not sure if this is the best spot for this since it is a YouTube video - but the style of the review is definitely in a podcast style - but anyways, I saw X-Men Dark Phoenix a few hours ago with some friends and while it was underwhelming there was a lot to talk about so I hope you guys enjoy this Spoiler review of Dark Phoenix :)

Hello Comicviners, I'd like to tell you guys of a recent IndieGogo project I just saw around a week ago, called Cable: Chronicles of Hope. Which aims to be an action film based off of the comic X-Men Second Coming. The guys who are creating this short film have worked on some really cool Dragon Ball Z related stuff which is actually how I found them, but I'm very excited to see what they do with X-Men properties.

The project is in the funding phase currently and if you'd like more information here's the link: https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/cable-chronicles-of-hope-x-men-short-film--2#/

Also here's their YouTube channel for some of their past works: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCN_cg6sypqqpxbQTVVJN68Q

Let me know what you guys think of the project, I've already donated $35 to get it off the ground

@johncena69swag: "Just because they erred with slavery doesn't mean we shouldn't respect them." and "I don't care about their values. It's the idea that we should keep this out of respect for them."

Will is right, the original currency did NOT have "In God We Trust" added to it, it was a later addition, the Founding Fathers had nothing to do with it.

"tiny percentage of butthurt americans than respecting the memory of our founding fathers"

The percentage of Americans who do not identify as Christians as the Founding Fathers did is a pretty considerate number, also I don't think you accounted for the fact that Jefferson was by many accounts not a Christian and a HUGE fan of secularization between church and state.

Oh btw Christianity is at record lows for millennials and many studies show Christianity going down in general.

@johncena69swag: I think that excuse is SO weak. For one, plenty of Founding Father values have been tossed aside. Not to mention their values and ideals have been twisted throughout time.

They pretty much thought you had to be a straight white male to own property.

They were all cool with slavery or at least did virtually nothing to stop it.

By today's standards they were all homophobes, racists, sexists, etc.

So yes, great thing they banded together in the name of liberty. We shouldn't modernize our way of thinking just because it's suggested they thought differently.

Here are some interesting reads on the awful things they've done

@reactor: Not really sure why you're trying to put anyone down here I mean when you have 3600+ posts on a site like Comicvine you probably have hundreds if not thousands of posts "normal" could absolutely could care less about. Everyone who replied to the thread just shared their opinion on the subject no need to sound cool by not caring about anything lol

@vashtanerada88: yeah that phrase is literally everywhere lol, I have a similar stance to that as for currency.I'm sure they will update it at some point. Since you're asking on a more broad spectrum. I would change the national motto as well. Idk if you saw but earlier I posted that Congress reaffirmed the motto a few times in the 2000's already. The USA motto is often confused for e pluribus unum so I'd probably change it to that given the option but I'm open to several things that represent the US.

@vashtanerada88: To be clear on where I stand, for the pledge I would remove the phrase. I'd remove the law stating all currency must include the phrase, and as currency gets updated and such I think it'd be good to see the phrase phase out. I don't think currency should be changed just to update the phrase.

Hope that cleared things up.

@the_man_with_questions: you absolutely know people just don't gloss over offensive material. Think of all the banned books throughout the world. Think of everyone who gets in trouble for hate crimes etc. What's easy for you to do some people obsess over.

People have been targeted, I know I only gave you anecdotal experience but it's real, I'll link you to it.

@zetsumoto:

I never said vaccines are perfect or don't cause harm. I just said people who don't Vax can cause lots of harm.

Even with a 95% effective rate the more people who receive vaccines the less likely it will grow via herd immunity.

2. A lot of vaccines have you getting them regularly I'm not an expert on vaccines but I do know that you can get the same stuff multiple times over the years for what you described from personal experience.

But I'm not going to argue you on the rest, you'll probably win lol,I only know from bio and health class info about vaccines which isn't huge.

Although I'm sure you can't deny vaccines have had a crucial role in helping humanity too.
