It's been through far worse than just weak sales. Remember they were in danger of bring outlawed and had the lame comic code for a long time. If it wasn't for the 90's comic boom we wouldn't be having all of the Marvel movies that we have today. It's just moving into new directions that were not available in the past. Like I said the price is the main problem . Back when I was a kid in the 90's I could save my lunch money for a couple days and buy a few comics. Now a kid would starve trying to do that 

Not really it's just that it was at it's peek at that time so now that it has leveled out or even declined, it just seems like it. Digital comics and the insane prices are what's killing comic collecting.

At the end of the day... It's a comic and anyone can win.

@/4donkeyjohnson.. Hulk wasn't trying to injure Strange for life or he could have just ripped his arms off. He was just proving a point that he couldn't be stopped by any of the old tricks. If you ever read Hulk comics from 80's on up there was always a handful of ppl who could always calm him down no matter how angry he had become. Betty, Surfer, Strange and sometimes Namor and Sentry was added to that list. This was Hulk's way of letting them know that he wont let them control him again.

I mean ones that stayed good.. Emma and Wonderman are good ones . Most of the others either switch back and forth or were short term 'origin story' villains without many on panal villainous feats.

@/soyacat... He aged because it took that long to absorb enough energy to stop aging .. That's the explanation I've heard anyway.
