@mastercilghal:

Speaking of cilghal herself,I intend to create a respect thread for her here on comic vine.

Nice.

Although I have most of the books/comics where she appears ,if you or anyone has any interesting feats of hers feel free to post them here.

Sure. Just remind me of it, lol.

@mastercilghal:

You’re not getting my point,I didn’t say Luminara is not a master level duelist ,i’m just saying that cilghal is definitely in the same tier as she is.

Fair enough.

Not to mention that the ventress Luminara fought was way before her prime,and was stomped by tcw kenobi.

Sure. But it was still a Ventress more powerful than Saato or Trenox, both of them being capable of one-shotting 22 BBY Anakin Skywalker.

Ultimately,I can’t decide a winner here,mostly because cilghal ‘s upper limit is unknown.

Yeah, lol. Unfortunately we haven't seen much of her.

Also, Saar was not a padawan,but a Knight.

When did I say he was a padawan?

@mastercilghal:

Well,not really featless. Earlier in the book he moved in a blur from the eyes of wyyn dorvan,so fast that he completely avoided security.

It's stated that even random Padawans could move at that speed. I'm not impressed.

A. She stomped him in the force so easily that she didn’t need a hand gesture to knock him unconscious ( despite the fact that Saar used the force repel the attack)

B.saar was likely amplified by rage (considering that he believed cilghal to be an imposter)

That's all cool. But how does that make her a better fighter than someone who stalemated Ventress?

C the novel states that “she fought like a Jedi master” ,which should indicate she is a master level duelist.

And Luminara isn't a master level duelist, lmao?

considering that she was compared to a “weakened” Luke Skywalker

This really isn't a good accolade, given that Luke at this point "had never been quite this tired". And the Jedi Knight she stomped was featless.
