The Avengers is a peace keeping force. They have and will kill to keep the peace. When a Cop or military member kills it makes them no less heroic. The same for Superheroes.

And while wolverine is the poster child for killing I'm sure Thor has killed hundreds of times more people than wolverine.

This is a horrible and silly idea.

Its obvious its just a way to take money from Wolverine fans.
