Dear Mr. Seid..or can I call you Dark? 
 
I know I'm new here and I appreciate all your help and Home Owners association with my moving in. Mr. Dooms Day, Abomination and Adam were a great with moving my heavy things and Ms. Aisley really worked wonders with my landscaping. But we really need to do something about Mr. Von Doom across the street.

I was looking over the bylaws of the Home Owners association and at no point does it say one can store radioactive material on the front lawn for pick up.   I’m as pro-death ray and “That cursed Richards” as anyone but this must stop. Yester day my familiar licked a canister of green glowing goo and grew and extra head. You thought she was chatty before. Luckily I managed to get rid of the head but its dangerous especially with kids running around.

Just Yesterday I saw Magnetos brats..kids playing around there with Luthor’s daughter and I had to shoo them all with a few well place blasts of dark lightning.

If it helps I’m willing to bring this up at the next meeting and a suggestion we can have Mr. Brimstone eat it or   that green radioactive fellow can absorb it or something.
