- Son of world renown scientists, Dr. Anthony and Martha Winters, created an ingenious formula that could restore memory loss.
- The Winters were bought out by LinkTech(Secret Evil Technologic and scientific organization)
- The Winters soon realized they were being manipulated to use their formula for evil.
- The formula, when used on human not effected by memory loss, had the potential to exponentially increase his/her knowledge capacity. Possible side effects caused dissociative disorders.
- When the Winters tried to escape with their 4 year old son, Ozzy Winters, They were gunned down by LinkTech.
- Roland Linkus, Leader of LinkTech, realized the formula was only tailored to the Winters DNA, so he still needed the boy.
- He turned Ozzy into a world class assassin, training him for 20 years to become the perfect weapon.
- Soon after Ozzy, aka the Umbra Soldier, broke from his mind control, seemingly wiping out every member of LinkTech then escaping.

Abilities
Intelligence:
Ronin's best weapon is his mind. Ronin is an expert tactician, H2H combatant and weapons handler. An amazing tracker and is highly trained in the art of ninjutsu, only being seen when he chooses to be, thanks to a mix of stealth and escapology. He is highly knowledgeable in many scientific fields, which allows him to be a great inventor and detective. Highly skilled with most technology, he has on occasion piloted and used alien tech after a few minutes of handling it, he has surpassed high security strongholds, including hacking into government files for his own database. He's fluent in English, Spanish, French, Russian, German, Polish, Japanese, Chinese, and can passably break down and understand most other languages.
Body:
Ronin's extreme training and dieting has allowed him to hit human perfection, causing him to accomplish extraordinary feats that some would call superhuman. Ronin's body is like that of a machine, a machine that does not break down. He has been inches away from death, but always musters the willpower and strength to continue fighting on. he is capable of bench pressing up to 1000Ibs. Not only has his training given Ronin amazing strength but also impeccable speed. Ronin has successfully dodged bullets and attacks from beings with superspeed. His strength and speed has also allowed him to become an outstanding acrobat.
Fighting style:
Ronin has been trained in most fighting style known to man and is a master of over a hundred fighting styles. He mostly uses Judo, Ninjitsu, Muay Thai, Tae Kwon Do, Jujitsu, Boxing, karate and even unorthodox street-fighting but he frequently changes up his fighting style depending on the enemy. Ronin knows every pressure point and nerve strike in the human body, which can lead to dizziness, numbness, unconsciousness, temporary paralysis, disorientation, and even death.
Weapons training:
Ronin has mastered nearly every weapon known to man and has a natural gift of being able to pick up any foreign weapon and figuring it out in no time. Ronin is a world renown marksmen, never missing a shot. He specializes with a bow, but is great with any firearm and throwing weapon as well. He is also a master swordsmen.
Weapons and Equipment
Robotic arm:
Ronin's left arm was removed as an experiment to enhance his fighting ability. The removed limb was replaced with a cybernetic replacement capable of punching through Steel, he is also capable of controlling it while detached thanks to mental implants. It is capable of sending out electric shocks and EMP waves to shut down enemies equipment.
The Shion Swiss army prosthetic:
The Sentient Avatar of the island Alfada' Waleuzla, gifted Ronin with a new prosthetic arm after he had discarded his robotic one. It is fully organic, made out of an organic plant based material. The roots have intertwined with Ronin's nerve endings, connecting to his neural centers, granting the arm complete contact with the Ronin's thoughts and intentions. Because of this, he can control it as if it was his own and command it to transformer for many uses. It can create a blade sharp enough to cut through almost anything. It can shift into a ranged mode, which can fire off poison bullets and explosive shots. It can spread wooden tendrils off of the glove, circling and entrapping targets with ease or used as a grappling hook. Ronin has referred to it as his the Shion Swiss Army Prosthetic because of it's many uses.
Weapons:
Ronin's current arsenal includes, two light weight but deadly katanas, two taser escrima sticks that double as numchucks, a bow and arrows with special cartridge that include explosive, EMP, shock, sonic, knockout gas, incinerary, freeze, smoke, trackers, speakers, concrete, sprinkler, and gravity cartridges. He also has throwing knives. The Katanas, escrima sticks, bow, arrow heads and knives are all made out of vibranium/steel aloe. Vibranium knives also extend from the sole of his boots.
Equipment:
Ronin's suit is made out of kevlar, vibranium mesh, allowing it to be extremely durable but light weight as well. The forearms and shins of the suit have thick plates of vibranium, allowing him to block bullets and other deadly attacks with them. His suit is wired with a basic computer system. His suit is electric, water, and radiation proof. Ronin's suit houses a utility belt that holds trackers, anti poison serums, rebreath mask, and other inventions he's created like a mini, flat cylinder jet that he sticks onto objects or people causing them to propel back at a velocity of 90mph. His lens allow him to see thermo, night vision and very far distances when activated. His boots have mini jets, which help him make tougher jumps, but doesn't allow him to fly. His suit is also capable of putting pressure on wounds and sealing them until he is capable of treating himself.
The Umbral Abyss
When Ronin finds himself severally injured, the stress induced by the pain will trigger a program called the Umbral Abyss in his mind. While in this state of being Ronin can not be reasoned with and will continue attacking his opponent until they are dead or unconscious. While in this state he feels no pain and will resort to the deadliest and most unconventional methods to put his opponent down. He is no longer Ronin in this state and has reverted back to the brain washed assassin, the Umbra Soldier.
