I don't read this title, but i'm commenting to give an XL "AMEN!" on enough with the damn vampires.
In my opinion, vampires were DONE in the 90s - turn out the lights, the party's over - with Anne Rice and Blade(amongst other)movies and USA network cop shows,etc.,etc.. But I guess their being undead just keeps 'em coming.
I only hope Wolfmen, Frankensteins, Mummys, and Creatures from the Black Lagoon don't end up using the same PR firm as Dracula one day.

Would you consider 'The Six Million Dollar Man' to have been a super hero developed for the
screen? I count a velour jumpsuit as a hero's costume - imagine the sheer balls it took
to wear something like that...added to Col. Steve Austin's other badass traits.

One of the main reasons I get my comics mail ordered. My state charges 7% tax on
top of the comic industry's rape - I get free shipping, no sales tax, and a discount
(10 - 20%) for subscribing. The downside is waiting for titles and avoiding spoilers,
but Duncan got mouths to feed!

@ Blue_Shield

Huge fan of the series as well - unfortunately that seems rare - but I believe by the time
this series comes out  there will have been enough profound changes in Hughie and his
role to make this interesting. August is a way off, and unlike a lot of other titles that spin
their wheels (see:Marvel Comics), much can and probably will have happened in the
Boy-verse by then.

Allow me to be the board cynic and issue a warning though:

I really enjoy reading many of the indy comics out there, until they go into "hiatus" for MONTHS on end in the middle of
a story arc or worse, in the case of limited series, with only an issue or two left.  Avatar, Aspen, and Zenescope have been
the worst about this in my experience. That's an all too common practice with these companies.  I don't really consider
Image to be 'independent' anymore, but even they've had some lapses in production recently.
So enjoy these titles - just don't fall in love!

@FoxxFireArt:
Hate to double post, but wanted to offer a little unsolicited advice - wow, Duncan is in extra d-bag mode today! I used to hang billboards for a living, and the artist would use overhead projectors to paint the panels. He bought them - lots of them - from school district salvage yards. A replacement bulb was usually the only thing needed to make 'em right, and those weren't too expensive. If your local school districts don't do salvage auctions and such - then check educational supply resources, I don't think the overhead projector has quite gone the way of VHS or 8-track yet.

Considering the interior walls of most residential structures are only 8 feet high, you'd have to decide which foot to lop off - the top or the bottom? Nor have I seen many rooms that had 15 feet of continuous wall without windows. Might come in handy to block the windows of a meth-lab though...i'm only here to help!

@King Saturn:

A third ring, coupled with record stats (passing Favre eventually in all categories except INTs - douchebag), and his already
record 4th MVP would make it hard to count him any less than number one. You'd probably still get arguments from oldtimers -
like Duncan Idunno - for Otto Graham or Montana, but factoring in the level of competition should play into Peyton's favor.

@King Saturn...

Peyton's numbers are probably gonna be the gaudiest in NFL history by the time he retires - he'll
need that second ring though to be TOP 5 - i'd say he's already TOP 10 for sure.
