Comic one is really letting me down these days

I am disappointed that such big developments in the Thor title and i am not finding one article about it on Comicvine !!

and here's why I think so.

Speedsters and InterDimensional travelers seem to have a shared ability to.. well travel dimensions. Examples of such are Zoom punching open a breach back in Season 2, and The Supergirl crossover when Barry ran into Earth 38. Savitar is also said to be able to travel to different Earth's

Dr. Wells (Eobard Thawne) told Cisco, Back in season one that a "grant and honorable" destiny awaits him but hopes that one day he'll remember who gave him that gift and that it was out of love.

Being evil, Wells telling Cisco this if he becomes Savitar. Being a Self proclaimed God of Speed would bring adoration from Wells, who in turn, would see his destiny as Honorable.

The term God of Speed. Only two characters have been referred to as Being a God . Cisco and Savitar . Coincidence ?

The fact that Savitar name drops Reverb, aaand the conversation Cisco had with him about his true potential. Bringing up a conversation he himself wasn't there to witness should be proof enough that they are the same person. Albeit from different time lines (?)

Speaking of intimate knowledge, Savitar has intimate knowledge of the inner group dynamics. His Prophesy and other knowledge of the character traits of the group can only be known by someone who has either spied on the present day Flash team or someone who is already on it.

In all, Savitar being Cisco might sound crazy at first. But given how last season of the Flash had that dramatic twist, and Also the Twist in Arrow's villain this season, I wouldn't put it past them to make Savitar a future Version of Cisco/Vibe.

When it comes to Cw Clark
and well battles with speedsters
we have to remember that speedsters have no durability
and lack in any real attack power

a Zoom and the other speedsters attacks will barely phase Clark, while he has a fast enough reaction time to break their limbs, or freeze them, or burn them. Or all three simultaneously

Also it is shown that the Cw's speedsters phasing ability does have some restrictions
(reverse flash, barry, being stuck in cells and safe's and what not)

plus, y'know, The other powers he has. (The whole invulnerability thing, plus super strength, ice breath, Laser vision that seems to be as fast as his bullet speed)
I say the speedsters will get pwned....hard. Comsidering the weekly basis Barry get's his butt handed to him

Recently in Uncanny Inhumans, Black Bolt put Ahura through Terrigenesis at Kang's palace.
He was given a new set of abilities which seem to include Phantoms (psychic doubles that are capable of fighting and moving on their own and possessing people.

What i don't understand is, is this a retcon from his previous abilities ?

Or did he go through terrigenesis twice ?

Also what is the name of this ability ?
