Without UI, Goku and Vegeta already fought alongside 17 against a Beerus tier and couldn't win. Frieza has demonstrated that a GoD could absolutely wreck him if need be. Beerus wins.

I don't feel comfortable saying Thor solos, but he can easily defeat anyone here 1v1. His team ensures victory.
