I honestly don't know when it comes to Edgar. He's kind of an enigma in that regard. The thing is Homelander can hear heartbeats and know when someone is lying to him, or scared of him, or hates him. The fact he's never made a statement regarding that fact around Edgar tells me Homelander can't read him like he can everyone else. I mean that's kinda why Homelander found Butcher interesting back in Season 1. He knew Butcher hated him from listening to his heartbeat. And that was a new sensation for Homelander. But Edgar.....idk man, I was hoping to see more of him this season. I'm curious what their sitting up with Noir going awol. I think it's safe to say that Noir is operating under Edgar's orders. All I know is Starr is killing it as Homelander this season. I have a feeling that Soldier Boy is gonna turn on The Boys and side with Homelander. It's just a hunch.

I'm curious to see how much, if any damage Soldier Boy can actually do to Homelander. I know his blast can weaken supes. I know Homelander and Soldier Boy are going to come to blows. That is if the Boys don't off Soldier Boy first. I just wanna see a look of actual fear in Homelander. It would be fascinating to see someone physically challenge him. Especially since homelander is back on top with Edgar gone.

That scene he had with Butcher in his kitchen where he talks about their destiny was great.
